Totally disappointed with the service. Today we came to shop to get repair our earrings which we bought from joyalukkas. One of the store persons in the store checks them and confirms that we haven’t got them from this shop. When we purchase they give us guarantee for lifetime but that wasn’t true.

When we went the place was crowded. Like any other chain stores for jewelry they had lot of variety in style of rings, pendants, chain etc. But one thing people should be careful about is that when I went to the store it was crowded. Even though people were wearing masks still there were lapses.
