One of the best worst customer service ever. They are not respectful towards the customers. Worst customer receiving. They don’t care if u buy or not . They don’t give respect to the customers. These people make customers to wait so much time.

I want to talk with the store manager. Worst service I have seen. If we need any parts then we have to wait for months. Why are you running this service centre in karimnagar. If you have your managers phone number then give me his number I will talk to him. The mechanics are good but they are helpless because there are no parts available in the service centre and they take months of time to bring the parts.

Good ...but a problem ...is .(1)..when I have given my bike they totally taken 1 week to repair my ktmrc200 (should improve mechanics ) ....(2)...spare parts are unavailable when needed ....Plz I am requesting that spare parts of ktm should always available .... because I am actually bringing spare parts from Hyderabad(3) and plz use ktm parts ___not ___ Bajaj parts.Hope that you will upgrade it and make it ..Thank you love from us.😍
