A commercial multistoreyed complex located at Civil Lines just opposite to Padam Tower. This complex has eight floors and on every floors offices of various companies are situated. The complex is good one but the biggest drawback is parking of vehicles. The complex has its own parking system but insufficient to accommodate all vehicles. This has resulted in croping up of several unauthorised parking places giving very shabby look to the entire complex.

Here every thing is good except parking there have charged 20 rs bike parking its too costly.
