Great place to host any kind of event, be it marriage, birthday or a get together, but yes it is really high ended in terms of pricing. Although worth every penny. Food, ambience, location , parking glamour, everything in balance. The only thing which recently caught my attention was that the management is careless about the lighting they provide in lawns. I mean if you are not going to ask they will not go the extra mile to suggest for better lighting arrangements which they should.

Enjoyed my stay here thoroughly. The staff was very helpful and the amenities were top-notch. Cant find any flaw except the fact that mobile networks are non existent at the property- which is not really their fault I guess. Thanks to the high speed Wi-Fi, that problem was also taken care of. Would love to visit again.

We went there on Saturday evening... And the service was awfully dismal... The orders were all wrong, table was not set.. and the attitude of our servers was nonchalant. The excuse provided for such dismissive service was we are very busy today. We did not continue beyond our first order of starters .. we left the place within 60 mins of our arrival... While we planned to spend our entire evening with family and friends there.Hope they change things around.

Wonderful property quite a cooperative hotel staff, there restaurant food is delicious yet priced on higher side, only challenge you wont abe to get any of cellular network, although they hel you with wifi to call you through WhatsApp, you can avoid in case expecting some urgent calls.

Food was decent but the service needs to be improved big time... literally had to explain the servers how to serve food to the customers and what should be the way of talking & presenting.Opening a good restaurant is not sufficient sometimes... the staff working there plays an important role especially when people are not from Kanpur and have experienced the hospitality all across the world.

Property is very good, hotel part is a bit small but the campus is very huge, has a lot of party halls and restaurants, mainly famous for its different themed restaurants, room was good, clean and equipped with all facilities, service and staff is very good and co-operative.

It was nice experience here. We organised an engagement party here. Everything is fine. One star missing is for network issues there and less helpful staff. Otherwise everything is nice... food is chumma🤤😘

I have been a frequent visitor to this place (stone) for long enough to realise that thier quality of food has deteriorated faster than F1 car in just a months time. Today I visited stone with my family and ordered chicken tikka masala along with other dishes and soups. Everything this was good except flies who kept disturbing us which we complained about but it fell on deaf ears. So we had to finish our dinner in presence of these uninvited guests (flies I told about earlier). But the BIGGEST TURN OFF was CHICKEN TIKKA MASALA it was smelly. It smelled like stale rotten chicken.And what makes things WORSE AND HORRIFYING is that the staff had the courage to serve that smelly chicken. Though they tried to hide that smell of chicken with liberal use of spices and flavours but the smell was so strong that it stood out. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I WOULD SUGGEST NOT TO VISIT THIS PLACE IF YOU LOVE YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY. BECAUSE ULTIMATELY YOU AND YOUR LOVED ONES WILL SUFFER AFTER EATING THIS KIND OF FOOD. Rest it is upto you to decide.

Not a good experience. I had stayed here 4 years back which was wonderful. lots of things have changed. Security has no etiquettes to deal with visitors. This place has become a more of a banquet for marriages and not for a comfortable stay. I was bothered the whole night by the crowd who had come for the marriages. Lots of shouting people and kids running around disturbed the entire night. Not a place to stay for a comfortable night.

One of the finest fine dine place in Kanpur, taste wise dishes are good and staff is courteous .Arrangement of parties are also good, there are 8 lawns and banquets here with humongous parking space.Managers are hard working.Just the thing which seemed negative is the over congestion of the lawns which creates a lot of confusions among the guests.

Facility is located at Cantt area of Kanpur. As a whole it is a good facility, professional staffs.As the facility is in the Cantt area there is a huge problem of network, if you are on a business tour I would advise you to opt for the facilities away from the cantt area.

This Rating I am giving for such a nice food, else this is not at all good anyways. They have spacious luxurious hotel however the staff, room qualities are not worth to this high charges. Hotel Grand Geet is far better then any other hotel in nearby location however the front desk guys are pethatic there too.

Recently booked kingston resort through status club for my brothers wedding and had a bad experience with the staff. After making the complete payment in advance the staff was so rude that for 10K bucks they made us to do the payment first and then enter inside the hall on the wedding day. This was very unprofessional on their part even they promised for bigger hall and finally we ended up in small couched hall with very less seating arrangement which was embarrassing for the guests. Talking about the menu they have very limited options in starters even the coffee is not included in the main menu. Will not recommend this resort to for any type of functions.

Rooms were fine, Ill give 3/5, Service was better 4/5.Food was also good 5/5.The good thing about is was the location as it is situated in Cantt. The premises was large and open. The attraction was its drive through bar. The regular bar ,dhuaan, it comprises was good in size and space, and more of a family friendly bar.If you wanna a stay here in kanpur for a night or two then Id suggest you to look for some better options, but you are in for a decent party and wanna have some drinks then its perfect.

Infrastructure is good, but food need to be improved. Service is good and efficient, well trained staff. Open lawn is quite good for parties, especially in summer. In winters it sometimes feel chilly as the surrounding area is opened. Heaters should be made available for winter parties.In short, one may consider this place for parties, but with a bit of more added comfort and convenience.
