One of the worst place to stay. Worst service. Basic phone stop working everyday. Wi-Fi, AC and room TV never works together. Biggest problem is fooding first they say our plate is of 500₹ per our package, then they told us plate cost 350₹ and after 1 day they reduced it to 175 ₹/plate. Food quality is degrading everyday and they are not ready to accept it. Dont ever stay in this hotel.

Hotel is live having the rules from diff world. After giving them to the ids of mine and my wife. They tell me to show us the marrige photo. When i show them the marriage photos then suddenly they started asking for them. And said that you have to submit your marriage photographs. I said why should i submit that. They told me thats a rule. After that i left from the hotel. And when i booked a hotel name the landmark tower a 5 star property and told them the incident happed with us. They said sir hotel can only ask about you ids but no one is allowed to ask for the marrige photograph. This hotel is pattetic dont go their as you will be in same in front of your family.

Extremely pathetic rooms ! AC doesn’t work, after asking them to fix the issue, they didn’t. Wifi doesn’t work, didn’t even bother to fix that issue ! Toilet stinks and even after asking them to clean it, the smell doesn’t go away. Overall a very disgusting hotel ! Rooms aren’t worth more than 500 bucks yet charging 2300 !

It was quite unprofessional. Nothing was working in the hotel room. The intercom was out of service.

Had been there to attend the small engagement ceremony. The overall experinece is good. They have nice facilities. The parking area is congested. The hall is nice,spacious and good for small ceremonies. The food facility is nice. Must for all. 👍, the starters served were tasty and delicious.

KD Palace is soo beautiful and classy banquet hall. It is very good for up to 500 people capacity marriage and other programs. It has his own cratering service. They provide very good delicious food. They has own parking facility too.

Nice infrastructure, amazing food, friendly and helpful staff, well maintained and great venue for events. Nice well maintained rooms with good service. A fine dine restraunt. Its a great hotel with many worldclass facilities . The food here is amazing and the management super cooperative. It even has a disc for your dance parties.

My experience was overall very good. The location was very good and also the service is very cooperative. Food was nice and served hot and fresh it was a great experience for sure I visit there again.

It is best place for ring ceremony and for parties at all.Here the staff was cooperating with us and here we were not worried about gifts because the whole staff help us to take gifts till our car.I would like to thank K.D.Palace Owner to provide this better staff to us

Nice banquet for party

Its nice to stay at this hotel but AC power on/off functions were not working via remote. Everytime need to request receptionist to switch off/on the ac. There are not having room freshner. Rooms are sticking very much & when asked about room freshner they dont supply.Plus point is they have Fridge in their rooms.

One of the best event management staff and catering services are great,the place is good.The place can be used for anniversary, birthdays, meetings and kitties as well.There are 3 halls at this place and all are wonderful.parking area is the only factor thats lacking there,one will find it difficult to park the car.There is a open restaurant as well at this place,that has a great taste.overall a lovely place to enjoy.
