Very cooperative and humble staff..Im Very happy with their services.One thing that i suggest is to provide good snacks for customer so they cant get bored and they enjoy their servicing.

Pathetic staff at bodyshop, no value tor people time, just keep extending the timelines. Bodyshop staff is not even aware about the parts which are damage.

I visited after the corona lockdown was lifted. On entry - all the major precautions and procedures were followed by them w.r.t. to corona guidelines. My cars AC was not chilling and that was well intimated by me to the supervisor. They did all their necessary formalities and thorough check and with in fews hours they got my AC fixed. I was very well informed for everything by the tirupati staff and the service went very smooth & within given time.Thank you Mr. Nikhil ji, Mr. Anil ji & Mr. SK Shukla ji. These people are like doctors of machinery and do certainly meet them. I will surely visit you the next time.Thank you.

Service centre is good but claims are accepted only if you bought insurance policy from vehicle dealer.This is illegal and major drawback.

Lazy staff, they dont have time for customer to call, and inform what issues are there in vehicle and what corrective action needed.Going to tirupati as its much closer to my home and is better than khanna hyundai. UP78CX5385.Its all my personal views.
