Cleanliness was average. The room had an AC and the cooling was good. There were no vents in either the bedroom or the washroom. When we reached, there was a smell of cigarette smoke in the room but due to absence of air vents, not much could be done about it. No toiletries or towels were provided. There were no power cuts. The complimentary breakfast was good. Parking space is available (curbside, just in front of the hotel, outside the boundary wall but with a guard, sheltered, not too much space but turned out enough for us). The hotel staff needs to know that it is 2021 and lots of married couples live apart for various reasons and lots of women dont change their surnames after getting married. My spouse and I have retained our old addresses on our IDs because we did not change jobs after getting married and consequently live in different cities. We were not harassed, they just asked for proof of relationship but before that he said that the room is for one person and the other is a visitor. I told him that I had booked the room and the voucher clearly said, 2 adults. On showing the marriage certificate, the check-in guy could not figure it out (why?), I had to point out the bridegrooms name and the brides name on the marriage certificate and the guy asked us, Apki shadi aj hui hai kya? when the date of our wedding was legible on our marriage certificate. The check-in guy was looking flustered throughout the transaction. He could have avoided all the fuss, simply by reading the booking details before opening his mouth and then simply asking for our marriage certificate instead of going on about one guest and one visitor and then reading the marriage certificate carefully before again putting his foot in his mouth.I mean, really, you have to change with the times or you will lag behind in business.

The worst hotel I have ever experienced. I request everyone not to go to this hotel. They wont give you dining plates until you order food. They wont provide water bottles, water jug, not even a glass to drink your own water. Breakfast is charged and doesnt come with booking. If you ask for juice, they will give you mazza with water and ice and thats a fact. I ordered mix fruit juice and they gave me Mazza. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the location. Yes, one more thing, they wont give you good rooms and service because you booked the room using some online service. So if you are booking through Agoda or OYO, say bye bye the any service or good quality room and they told me this to my face. They charge extra 1500 on top of what you paid online.

Extremely unhygienic, very rough behaviour of staff and owner when complaint bout the hygeine. They provide washbasin water to drink when I asked they argued to the core and finally it got so worse that I vacated the hotel.

As usual front staff Mr Danish and housekeeping boy Hassan are good and courteous. But this time they arranged their breakfast buffet on d back side in sort of mess style. Quality and serving were poor. I had complimentary breakfast but strangly they asked extra charges of bread to be served with omelette. I refused both days breakfast as they refused to honor. So pls refund my breakfast charges

The hotel is just decent enough to have a stay.. Not much amenities though. Could have been more clean and pleasant. The rooms just have basic amenities like a queen size bed, mirror, tv, wardrobe. Washroom has gyzer, basin and a complimentory soap and bodywash.They have breakfast included and a restaurant as well.

Worst Hotel.breakfast is bad. I got food poisoning after staying for 2 days. Insects and Hair are part of all dishes that they make. Receptionist lady sitting at front desk does not have basic etiquette to greet guest or customer. Worst staff. I waited for 2 hrs to check in though there was room availability.. It is not recommended to any traveller or 👪 family. Avoid this hotel. Rooms are dirty. Look like a haunted place

Rooms is only worth the price that I paid, but they dont maintain the room and it smells damp and stinks. I asked for the reception to change the room but they were unable to change because the hotel was fully booked. They sprayed room freshner which made the Matter even worse, The linens provided were really bad, so I had to ask them to change that to, twice by the Hotel phone, but which they did after me going to the reception and having had to say that to them in person. If they had kept the rooms clean and the linens tidy, the hotel is good. But alas it is not. Bad experience.

Hotel is good but still i recommend to book it thru OYO you got good discount. We paid Rs 2000 and after booking we found that this room is available at 1500 on OYO.Room quality is good. AC working condition is good, hotel is neat and clean. Food quality is good. Free breakfast is good.

The behaviour of reception staff Mr. Danish is very rude & unfriendly. The food they serve is not a good at all..We got hair in the food Nd they didnt allow us to get food from outside. Washroom was completely city.Towwl given was very old and hard.Wi fi was not working at all...And when we called reception and Mr. Danish asked us to come down with our laptop instead of sending someone to give us the right password. Hospitality was completely lacking specially Mr. Danish.
