They are making fool. Demo for test is different and when they will provide actual real connection. It is not working as they provide in demo. Range of device is also not same as in demo test. Sales executive and tech team only making fake promises it will resolve till evening or one hour again and again. When I tried to reach again sales executive he switch off his phone. ONLY SAME DAY IT HAPPENS WHEN I MADE THE PAYMENT. WORST SERVICE . FRAUD INTERNET.

I have this connection Yashoda nagar Kanpur, if you are taking this connection at yashoda nagar area, please dont take it, worst connection ever, everyday there connection gets disconnected for short time but 3-4 times a day, which can caise disruption in meetings and other things. This is the most annoying part. If you are taking it for office meetings dont take it😑

Edit: Turns out that I was using the 2.4Ghz wifi signal and was sitting 2 rooms away from the router which was the cause of the low speeds (2-10mbps). excitel staff was pretty fast in determining this problem. They recommended using the 5ghz wifi signal and sitting closer to wifi router or using a range extender (5ghz has lower wall penetration/range compared to 2.4ghz). I was able to get 100-110 mbps speeds after making these changes.

I would highly recommend Excitel to anyone who is looking for a smooth internet connection and very responsive service provider.

Bigtime fraudsters. Mostly comments are fake or paid.Raised disconnection request and literary you have to beg for refund.This is 22nd day since request raised and these cheaters are not refunding 2500 security amount.Their chat support guys are 10th pass and dont know how to talk and you will only get copy paste answers.There is no helpline. If excitel is not gonna refund I have to raise a police complaint against their CEO Vivek Raina soon.

Quality of internet is good but they has a lazy staff. No one will hear your complaint. Even contacting the Den head office wont work. Local operators never listen to anything. Every month its one of the same thing I have to remind the local operate to recharge on time but he never bother.Wont recommend to anyone.. So be assured for one thing if you take den connection that no one is going to listen to after you opt their services once.
