I had a worst shopping experience as a customer.I Went this place to buy a point and shoot camera and to take it right then if i loved the model and its capability.But, oddly the shopkeeper was reluctant to show the camera that is available with them.Since they told it was a sealed box item and cannot show to people.I was confused that moment, how can someone take a camera without even switching it ON and see its capabilities.When i said without seeking the cam,i cannot but it and i returned.He called me back from the door & had asked to wait.Then he bought the camera that I enquired for.How ridiculous this is folks,Just take an example, if one wants to get a car & without the test drive how can he decide which one suits to his purpose.CONCLUSION:I felt the ATTITUDE of the shopkeeper over the customer as deep low and pathetic.I dont know most of the shopkeepers in KANNUR does like this.I am from Bangalore & these people should learn from the service that a shop weather its big or small which the provides to their customer even though he buys an item or not.Finally i decided from there itself, i am not gonna buy a single item from this shop.I never suggest this place.
