One of the worst service. I have couriered to Badlapur. Without even delivering the courier they have updated on the website it has been delivered. I have even raised ticket they are not replying properly. Never take services of DTDC especially Kalyan branch.. If dont ur courier to be lost..

I have done a speed delivery of courier and parcel is lost in transit and when I enquired about it no one is giving proper response the parcel shows delivered but it is not received with me and the contact no. Of courier office at kalyan east and courier boy both are switched off . Pathetic service
