Its quite spacious and has a lot of the equipments which can be considered as latest. Theres a seperate cardio, weights, abs section and change rooms with locker facilities. Trainer of the gym is educated and experienced, you can directly approach him for health tips.

Sharing my One month Experience in JM. Very unprofessional trainer in morning schedule.Type of a oversmart person who thinks he is smartest at gym . neglects/denies others opinion in a very dis respective manner and gossips negative to everybody at gym (happened with me) . Overall Good gym but bad Trainer . oh i mean Worst Trainer

It has been a month since Ive joined this gym... and i have seen a great transformation and have lost a lot of body fat. The workout and diet provided by the coach is worth every penny. And what matters it that he has the knowledge to advice whats right and whats wrong.15 min with the guy at the gym and you will find yourself enlightened with knowledge which hardly any trainer has to even provide.My suggestion: Live it to believe it. Join the gym and see the results for yourself

It is an amazing experience to get trained under such expert trainers. The gym is outstanding in their management and are very cooperative with their clients. They are very helpful and give a perfect diet and training plan based on your body type and daily routine👍

Its been a month since I join this gym for cardio and muscle gain and i lost 5 kg weight and my muscles now in proper shape which i want.
