Very popular shop amongst middle class people. I personally have a very good experience. Almost all consumer durable items are available here on easy payment facility. Financial institutions like IDFC Bank, Bajaj Finance etc. have deputed their representatives to offer financial assistance with which consumer can buy items of their choice. I have purchased couple of AC units, Washing machine, Refrigerator, mobiles, laptops etc.

One of the best vijay sales that I have been too. The staff found a product that was as per my liking and then found a way to finance the item. The process was simple and streamlined. Would recommend 10 out of 10.

Staff is courteous & friendly. But, they need to be trained to be able to give solutions that are customer friendly/ as per the customer needs. I mean in-depth product knowledge of each product the specs and so on.

Worst place!The staff is not at all interested. I went there to buy a Laptop and asked them about the laptop which I have selected the guy was busy in his mobile whole time that too infornt of the customer. He was just doing formality. I asked him that the laptop company itself selling the laptop 8k cheaper than you and told him to match the price but he was still busy in his mobile and said “This is the final price sir.”Never ever buy anything from Vijay sales as they are selling everything at much higher prices than others.

No after sales service no proper response no assistance in replacement of a defective washing machine. The machine we bough from this shop was a defective piece which started to malfunction jst after a few months we bought it. Even after number of calls we werent made available an engineer to repair it neither did we get a replacement. When the engineer was finally sent, he did some settings but we started facing thr same issue rihht from the very next day. What kind of service is this ?

The MOST PATHETIC customer service that I ever witnessed in any electronics store ever. I visited the store to purchase a laptop with 2 models of HP specifically on my mind. It was showing available on Vijay sales website as well. When I asked the salesperson about the model, he said we dont have em in our inventory overall. When I told him my budget is 40k and if there are alternative options which he could show, he showed me laptops costing more than 50k. I told him I cant afford as much. To which his reaction was Well then you can check for something like Acer that has i3 processor which is way better than the Ryzen 5 that youre thinking of buying. I knew this Acer model was meant for college students for basic purposes. I told him this has way less features than what I have on mind. To which his response was sir aapke 40k waale budget me fir humaare paas aur option nahi hai. Infact there were other customers at laptop counter and he wanted to move on to other folks. And because he knew I am not going to spend 50k+ for a laptop, he didnt even bother to check for more options in their inventory.Vijay sales, this was your first impression and my last visit. Even 1 star is more than what your service deserves

TV section staff was divided to promote different brand and they started fighting between themself for their products, extremely unprofessional and rude. They offered us 2000 rs discount if only we buy in 10mins otherwise they will increase rate if we come later. Never visiting again.

I purchased liebherr as recommended by Sales person. Today i got delivery of damaged piece. Front door metal was having scrashes which i recognise in less than 5 mins after delivery person left. When i called them they said now i have to wait for company person and they cannt take it back. When called in kalyan west vijay sales they said its my mistake i had not checked fridge thoroughlyAs my 1.5 yrs daughter was scared with new people in house i was not checked it properly as i was taking care of her.Immediately in 5 mins vijay sales peoples behavior the way they were talking was changed. They are sweet talkers while selling product. After sales service is worst.

I visited here to purchase an iphone. The staff who were providing information about products were good. Bhagwan bhalerao and Umesh were informative and good to interact. Disappointment was at the cash counter the staff is so rude , never greets the customer not even look at customer. I found pranay so rude and working like he is didnt paid. So better train him to atleast to greet.

Not with vijay sales staff. After purchasing product they even not answering the calls n not giving full product knowledge. Thay only mean to sales the product. After saling the product the associate are not responding the calls.

Worst service. Pathetic sales staff. Attendant doesnt know product specifications. Mr. Sushil attend us for vaccum cleaner. After purchase he was in doubt with product details and then after every one covering him. After payment no body claiming the doubt and showing YouTube and opening booklet for specifications. No return claims and forcing us to purchase something else. Worst experience ever. No customer benefit.

A very well stocked products and still same and good service at outlet of vijay sales. They have managed social distancing for customers. You have stand in row and enter when less people are inside.
