Cakes here are very tasty and fresh. This is my personal best shop to buy cakes and pastries. Birthday/party decorative items are also available. All my birthday cakes arr from this cake shop. Quality of the cake is good too. One can find all the different types of cakes. Staff members are humble.

Love the cakes from Ribbons and Balloons, be it chocolate, fresh fruit or any other cake. These are all yummy. If you are a chocolate lover, do try their cakes with chocolate... Any flavour....is bound to knock you off your feet. Tip: if you want guaranteed fresh cakes... Order them in advance... you wont be disappointed. Enjoy!! & Happy eating!! :)

I had ordered red velvet cake, via Swiggy. They sent a really stale and inedible cake, it was spoiled and tasted very bad.

Took the Cake on 25 Jan Night 2021 & Writing the Review on 26 Jan Morning 2021, We buyed 1/2 Kg Rasmalai Cake @360, But the Cake was Extremely Sour in Taste, Intended that it was not at all Fresh. It was my Cousins Birthday Bash, They humbledly accepted the Cake, But the unbearable taste of It was the reason For dumping Half of The Cake. Extremely Disappointed... A regular Buyer... A wake up Call to these Benchmark Standards Shop... Not Expected from @ribbonsandballonsEdit :- I went Just For enquiry on 27 Jan, They told that Complaint will only be registered if you show them barcode on The Cake. So guys, Next Time if you Receive an Expired Product, Do keep up the Bar Code.

Rasmalai cake i bought from here was stale and tasting sour. I asked the shop owner to compensate or at least replace but there was no help provided.

Cake was yummy and tempting❤️🤟, firstly it was delivered wrong but Anjali and one more guy, coordinated amd done the delivery right..as per my requirement.😍

Its a good place for cakes. I have been in various outlets of ribbons and balloons including this one. It has everything for a birthday celebration. The cakes quality is very good and tastes really nice. Though i feel the variety of cakes are limited. Never ever have I had any complaints regarding the packing of cake or the name to write on the cake. For birthdays of my close ones I always prefer ribbons and balloons.

These people and their service is really remarkable. Under this lockdown situation wherein getting a cake at 11:30 pm was next to impossible, but hats off to the lady, she kept her words and delivered the same. :-)

I had a customised cake made for my daughters first holy communion. And the cake was awesome. More importantly, the shop staff packed it so well that there was absolutely no damage at all. Am a repeat customer for sure.

Today I took 3 Choco chips pastries from this shop and when I tasted it at home it was very bad in taste as if it was expired product.When I called shop and informed about this, she hung up phone as soon as she heard that pastry was expired or not tasting good, and when tried calling again for 2-3 times she simply ignored it.I feel ribbon and balloons is not able to keep standard which was earlier.Wont buy anything from this shop in future.

The Franchisee manager - Anjali mam is very supportive due to which I could have sent cakes on events at my door step when I was not around. Undoubtedly, the cake quality is also very Good.

Only if someone more mature and knowledgeable about cakes could be at the reception. Otherwise cake quality is good.

Never order from WhatsApp if they are saying to do that. They will definitely do spelling mistakes or write something different which you never said on cake. This happened 2nd time with me. Even after highlighting this error they dont apologize. For this attitude they deserve ZERO star. For cake quality 4 stars.

I used to buy cakes from them for almost 8 years for my daughter’s birthday. They were good. On my daughters 11th birthday I made a pre order for the birthday cake. And then the ordeal started. I made the order 5 days prior to birthday. On the day of birthday, I went to pick up the delivery. And they realised they missed the order. They completely forgot the order for which I made 100% advanced payment. They have not prepared the cake at all! The lady on the counter apologised and offered a free replacement. We chose 2 different cakes. When we came home, while cutting the cake we realised that the cakes were stale. We went back and showed it to the same lady representative. But apart from offering some additional apologies, they could do nothing. Although they again offered some more free cakes, which were okay in terms of freshness, they in turn completely spoilt my daughter’s birthday! Have decided to discontinue any further relationships with Ribbons!
