Dont trust this guys, they are just making money by making you fool. They dont follow their own service guidelines. They get large numbers of vehicles for servicing each day therefore they not give attention to your vehicle as it need actually. Just they want close the request and take the next bike. Very poor quality of service. Think before you visit there.

Simran Suzuki one of the most hard working guy if I have seen in last one & half year is Vicky. I bought my Suzuki Access 125 from Simran plus I have my AMC with them and I find Vicky is the only guy who runs in and out for the customer. Good job Vicky & keep up the good work. Only later you get to know what is hidden fraud behind free services when they charge heavy bill. . Better go for local garage for services of two wheelers...

Dont ever try to purchase any vehicle from Simran Suzuki they will take amount from you and whichever documents you submit for the procedure they will apply loan on your name with half of wrong information even though you gave full amount of it. And when you ask them about the fake loan they come on you only that we are unaware of it and now you pay more amount to disburse the loan .

I would give zero for their servicing part..... Taken 1000 rs as AMC and later on charges unnecessary huge amount...... Will recommend to go for local garage once you have done with your free servicing

Only suzuki two wheeler showroom in kalyan, they have pretty big place which accomodates all models under one roof in display.On some of the models you have to wait for delivery for few days to months.Location is a place as it is on highway, ready to locate.Im impressed with their staff, they are fast and efficient may it be sales or service.Everytime you go for servicing it is pretty fast, no waiting and on time delivery.Little disappointed with extended warranty offered by company, I thought it will be of 5 years after basic warranty but its 5 years including basic, there was communication gap by one of the staff member, do ask proper and precise questions before buying any additional services.

We Book Bergman on 6-7 feb they promised will deliver by 13 feb. but now after booking they call and said delivery will take after 8-10 days more.

Very poor servicing done by suzuki service centre.This people are egoistic and the way the handle their customers is not at all satisfying.

Total fraud ..they charged and dont do as they mentioned with ur bike ..total fraud pepole.

As per the Suzuki Company Policy we can do the bike servicing from any were from PAN India, there is no problem if purchase bike different Dealer. But Simran Suzuki only entertaining there own customer if they purchase bike from Simran Suzuki, is there any solution for this SIMRAN Dealer......

I buyed suzuki access 125 in aug 19 from them n for the very first service they took 1400 from me n later within 6 months it started showing prbs in self start when i use to call them for that they use to give excuses like there are no workers available n they use avoid for the battrey change issue later when i called back them again the salesgirl use to promise for sending the worker for battrey change issue bt no one came till date lot of complainants for the two wheeler bt when i call they avoid for servicing in free. Regreting for buying two wheeler from them

Check prices of bike or moped at other small dealers who gives heavy discount compared to suzuki showroom. While purchasing suzuki access I got 7500/- rs off from dealer at Ulhasnagar .Even at the time of servicing try to ask them details of whatever charges they are going to take cuz half the time its not necessary but they change the parts , use the extra oils , and consumables. People get fooled by these showrooms easily. Pay only for basic things for your new bike which really dont need anything apart from engine oil at time of servicing.All the best

Such a bad experience and worst service which i ever got it from this showroom.Iam facing problem of speedometer and i had escalated it long back , something around 4 to 5.months back.. This guys are postponing their commited date.. till now they did not help me with this issue..iam facing too much difficulties to see the fuel balance and speed..Note- my vehicle is 1 year old and they treating me like this...

Went there for the 1st time and even after keeping the vehicle with them for more than 24 hours for servicing the vehicle was not washed properly. Filmsy excuse given that happened due tk light drizzle but if you see the pics the sort is still stuck to the sides. The salesperson is eager to sell packaged deals but atleast get your basics right.
