V.bad service 5 days out of delivevru but do not delivrrd complate

Worst service,They display DTDC board at door but running local courier business.pls dnt even think of using there service once they take money they dnt take any responsibility to update u status of delivery & very unprofessional way of talking if u call to take update

Not a good service. I used for international parcel, they lost 1 item and no responsibility is taken for it. It was a personal item with memories. Further extra charges of custom were levied that were not told to us before and it was more than 120euros. When you are into this business you should be very clear on customs and should inform to customer before booking. Dont go for them for international services you will regret. 1 star for local/ domestic that is ok but I will now avoid that too.

The worst courier service. The order has already reached destination Kalyan since 3 days and they have not delivered the parcel yet. And there is no one to help. Every number provided on the net is not working anymore. Customer care is worst. I would suggest to never go for this courier service. Worst of all..

There are my 6 packages which was connected through this worst DTDC courier first time, ive used aramex, dhl, fedex, delhivery, etc. almost all of them, these 6 packages are supposed to be get delivered to me, it was arrived at kalyan hub on 28th oct, but still it was showing as in-transit from past 4days .My customers are awaiting for deliverys & their orders have been stuck in kalyan hub,Ive tryed to email DTDC, contact then via toll free number, but customer service team just recieving call asking for tracking details and replying me that we will ask our team to call back & update current status, then no response,It was your responsiblity to contact customer and inform why it was held? otherwise at-least update currect status on tracking so customer can know why this was held at location from past 4 days.This is my first & worst experiance with DTDC, i supposed to import & export goods from multiple courier companys, using domestic & international courier, but i did not face these kind of issue in my past, this was work experiance ever.My all imported product will be arrivng within 3-5 days to india from kas, usa & ae, but witin india if dtdc is not supposed to get delivery within 2 days?Iwill never going to use this courier sevice agian in future.

I told the courier facility that theres a photo frame inside the package. Yet they delivered it broken. They didnt even bother pasting fragile on the packet, let alone delivering it in one piece.

The person name is Abhishek, dont have the manners, how to talk with customer. Vehicle park 200mtr far from my building and call me for collecting the parcel. Secondly he did not wear handgloves while handling courier.

Very bad service. Never get courier on time & lost my parcel once. If I ask courier boy he says he has no idea & he is just a delivery boy. If I try to contact them number invalid. We think that our parcel is in safe hand of DTDC but its not true. Regretting for choosing DTDC. Its my request to the concerned authority to take proper action.

I would strongly recommend not to go for DTDC ever. They must be the dumbest and laziest delivery service provider in entire world. I was awaiting for a parcel which took more than 10days. And finally on the day of delivery they delivered on the wrong address. My name is tousif and they delivered the parcel to someone named Mamta and mentioned relation as family. They do not even apply simple logic and do not check for any ID proof. WORST EXPERIENCE. DO NOT GO FOR IT.

Bad experience..... I ask how many days required to reach courier to Pune. Person told me 2 days ....but it took 7 workings,it made me huge amount of loss .....plz dont give service to this service.

To deliver a courier to the destination which is 40 km away from my place, they have taken more than more than 4 days. and yet the courier is not delivered. And upon calling the respective person to know the status, they are unable to give an update for the same plus they talk very rudely.
