They have the worst customer service, bust in gossiping than hearing their customers needs, had to more than 1 hour to wait for the exchange person to turn up. And the clothes are of worst quality, so dirty to touch them especially men shirts. Never buy such dirty clothes

Hi, this is to inform you the most important and pathetic thing i have faced in Brand Factory at kalyan location. I usually do shopping but this time i was shocked about this issue...so i thought to escalate this..i bought some clothes and want to alter that clothes there itself but the staff told me this facility is not available now and in this pandemic situation where should i go for this alter... i gave my trousers to other tailor but all my clothes got waste and now it is of no use ... Your offers are cool and the other services are also proper but for this one issue its very disappointed and not good at all ... Please look into it and take some action on it ...
