Very very bad service an staff was very bad an no manner to talk to customer. I went to service centre for minimal service which done urgently break pad frection is observed so I went for my last free service I want to go to hospital hence I told the staff to pls urgently accept my services an jobcard process I will leave my vehicle as much time they require time limit was not given by me but they talk very rudely an after checking my bike unwanted service is written an jobcard is prepared by time they took my key they rudly said cancel the service that was word of staff after that is said ok I want service but because that word I said cancel pls they said u have to pay 50rs cancellation charge. Because I want to go urgent to hospital I managed talk an tell them to do service. Time given me 4hr after. That was not issue for me. Then I requested to see the service done in front of me. They clearly rejected my request because they dont have trust on themself.Pls 🙏 do not service your valuable vehicle here its my kind request to all.Main thing that they clearly posted one big sticker of (xpress service in 1hr)take 4hr nice work done.

I am very satisfied with your service.The workers are doing great under the guidance of manager wasim shaikh.And they always fulfilled the need of customer.I would like to recommend my friend and family to come here for their vehicles service.

Very bad service... Didnt provide anything what was mention in AMC.. even after servicing there was dust and wax polishing was not done properly very bad service and very bad experience..

3rd class service.. dont even want to give half star. We clear explained the issues with our Jupiter then too it was not resolved due to which we were stuck in ghat in middle of night where no one was to help. We had to spend 12k for towing service. after complaining about it there was not even regret expressed. Filed complaint in consumer court. Worst TVS service center.

I am happy with the service and deal i got from the service center speaking with the service team help me get exactly i was looking for. I would like to recommend my family and friends to visit at TVS Kalyan Aadharwadi to take better service of their vehicle.

Charges was explained before the servicing but it always high comparatively other service center. Washing was also not done cleanly. All water was spreaded on dicky & other areas. Fuse was missing from the scooty which was addressed to advisor & then it was fixed to the place which was landed inside the box.Overall experience was so so & cant recommend to others.This is last time I am taking service from this center.Thank you.

Third class service. 2600/- for ntorq 125 servicing , absolute garbage service centre. The service supervisor is mean and not friendly. They push you to buy there amc card which is useless , then they demand 300 for battery lube!!!! Cancelled my service which costed me 50rs and got the service done by other well known service centre just for 1000rs , now my ntorq is Running smoothly

I bought yearly AMC for 1200..and service scheduled for every 3 months. But in every service they charged me for nearly atleast 2k. My last service was done in May 21 and in August they provided me estimated bill for 3k... This is just not acceptable... Will not go there and will not refer anyone to service their two wheeler at kalyan TVS supreme workshop

Are customers fool for you guys.Rs. 2000 for company default ??I want legal team to contact me immediately.If clutch plate is not covered under warranty then why damaged clutch plate are use in the bike and then sell to customerTo make money ?? Servicing done on 12.09.2021..Horn stopped working on same day in the evening & Headlight started creating problem and from next day onwards my scooter stops anytime on the road...

They over quote all the things while servicing. Initially, They try to tell ud those things also which are not neccessary at that time.

Very unprofessional, misguiding and making false commitments untill we take a AMC plan.Fake promises very disappointed .

Very unprofessional behaviour. Arrived with my vehicle to be serviced at 7PM. Their official workshop timing is till 7.30PM. They asked me to visit the next day. Declined my request to prepare job card. Better to visit local mechanic services.

Very bad experience. Unnessary charges are taken for cancellation of job card.They ask for unnessary repairs. The vehicle was repaired a month ago from the same shop i.e: TVS. Dont have any explanation for the work. I suggest not to give your vehicle in TVS Automobiles.

If you visit ther3 directly go to sehbaz sir, his hospitality at service center is very good. I was gone f solving som3 minor issues and they fixed that, and on reception there are very cute girls so dont fall for any of them because they all are committed .. thank me later ..😁😁

Quick service and very approachable

I had very bad experience. For the first service they should have charged me not more than Rs.,500/- because I am single driving owner. Nothing is done. Only washed and charged 1200/-When given for servicing the vehicle was fine. customery servicing as per the Companys instructions. But on driving I felt shaky. Shock absorbers give some peculiar sound.

Best service ever received from any service centre. I am visiting the workshop since when it was at different location. Everytime i get treated like premium customer, i own a small scooty pep+ still the service is prompt and perfect.Workshop manager Mr. Waseem he helped me even i was no were near workshop and had starting problem, he guided me to how i can manage to start the scooty and bring it to workshop.I would rather suggest to go for AMC because i also compared the amount from local non branded service centres too.Personally i am very much happy with the workshop’s service, considering the service satisfaction, i am planning to buy Apache hoping the service will get for my bike will be as good as getting for my scooty.Once again will like to thanksMr. Waseem SirMr. NadeemAndMr. AbdulFor their efforts.
