The product submission process is quick but they took almost 3 weeks to replace my ram. Which is too long. But in the end got my replaced and is working fine
I went here for the RMA of my HyperX Keyboard. I would suggest you get an RMA confirmation from online support which they reject for the smallest of issues (beware of this). If you miss taking the RMA then you might have to revisit multiple times for the same. Rest the staff here are cordial and wont give you any issues as such. You might have to wait in line on some visits (but very rarely) and there is no waiting area as such so just stand in line patiently.And the RMA is done on ground floor on the right side and not inside the building so you dont need to climb any stairs.
More than 10 days passed but still my Kingston RAM is not replaced and they dont even tell approx time to done this ..useless service center
I visited for Sandisk Service Centre. It was really quick. If you are going for Replacement of Memory Card or any other Product just get ready with online RMA Number because that is mandatory.You can find many Service Centres in the same office named as Rashi Peripherals. Another stores includes Kingston and others.The office is on 1st floor at S.S. Sqaure building near Bus Stand, Gurgaon.
They are running scam of selling Nvidia cards to Scalpers while making a fool out the people with their fake flash sales.
Pathetic service from #Sandisk service center, they keep me standing almost for 2 hrs because there system was not working, not having any waiting room not even a chair to set, forget about AC you will not even found fan. Attaching few photos have a look over it. You gonna ashamed of your self after visiting over there.
While it is quite a tiny operation - that is - the product exchange counter, even then it is managed professionally and efficiently. I had called before going to exchange a faulty microSD card that was under warranty and had a RMA authorisation. The entire exchange process took only a few minutes and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful.
Locating their office building wasn’t easy as there was no contact number given. I’ve tried to update it now though.The office don’t look great, however, From service perspective, I had went there to get my SD card changed with the prior authorisation from San Disk and it was quite a straight forward process. The person was also helpful and cooperative.

Poor service from this service center.I recently bought a Toshiba External USB HDD and and found out later that for some reason its data cable is faulty. It was not supporting USB 3.0 properly.After trying other cables I came to conclusion that only cable had issue and therefore I went to Rashi Gurgaon Service Center. They agreed to change the cable only but in return gave me a dirty cable. when I ask them to check it they said they do not have USB 3.0 therefore can check hard drive in USB 2.0 only. Afterwards I want to the lower floor and ask them if they can check the cable by connecting my hard drive in there laptop. But the girl refused to do it as she said that she do not have authority to do it. And sent back me to the technician. And technician was like and said that as we already have changed the cable what I need now check. I ask him because service centre is about 10 kilometre away from my distance and it is not possible to come again and again just for cable replacement. Then he said they cannot provide me new cable. Or I need to file a complaint with Toshiba.And you I took this old cable and went home. And when I check this cable by connecting to my desktop and i found out that this cable is also faulty.then I forward my complaint directly to Toshiba and their forward my complaint to Rashi peripherals. after reading my complaint they provide me solution that they will send me a new cable to my register address.And that is why I am giving one star extra to this service centre location.And new cable send me over courier is working fine.
Service centre was closed on a Saturday at 16.00 hrs . On trying to make an enquiry in the same office I was told that they only operate Monday to Friday . On trying to probe some more the staff were absusive and threatened to cause me physical harm . Disgusting ..... Much rather not buy a plantronics product if they have to outsource servicing to thugs and goons .

Kingston service center .. recently visited for under warranty faulty pen drive .. decent staff and good service.
