Very very spacious place. When ever I feel like tripping anywhere I go there with bunch of green leaves u know what I mean. They have a third floor too which they dont allow anyone to enter but if u give them some of your green leaves they let you go up

Godrej heal dmart is closed for customer now it is a warehouse and its manage online order only

In this crucial circumstances the dmart delivery boy and the tempo driver were so arrogant that after seeing that we are aged people, yet, they made us to carry all the grocery from a distance and guess what ?? We are paying them delivery charges and we get only half the things. They do not explain anything to the customer just in a hurry to finish their task as though they are obliging us. Nothing is going to provise in our country, everything and everyone is taken for granted.

Four wheeler parking is a problem here. Dont try to park inside the Mart as you will be stuck inside if the crowd is more. Better park outside. Rest is ok.

It is a great place to go shopping. Try to avoid visiting in the evening as there is a lot of rush in the evenings and there is even more rush on Sundays. Best time for visiting would be Morning and afternoon.You will find almost all household items here including grocery, dairy products,etc. Clothes, crockery, curtains, bags almost everything is available here. The staff is good and helpful. Overall a very good place to go shopping but try to avoid going during rush hours.

Best price, best variety of products. You will never go empty hand once entered for sure. Giving 4 stars for poor parking management, everyday there is huge traffic at the entrance and due to that others who dont want to go to D-Mart also gets affected.

This place is big, but they can stock a lot more items than they have. The good thing is that there is less rush here, so its quicker to get your shopping done at this Dmart. The only problem is that while there are 2 elevators, both of them are almost always occupied by the staff and they make you wait a long time before the elevator is free for use. While we understand the work that the staff has is no less hectic, Id suggest to keep one elevator always free only for the customers to use.

This store has good quality of groceries, cloths, shoes, kitchen product etc. The only thing not available in this store is the vegetables. All products available are in very reasonable rates. I would recommend all to visit this store always.

Its really nice, but I never get 2 things I want-1. Dr Oetkars Pasta Alfredo with Cheese2. Betty Crockers Original Pancake Mix.I hope if D Mart keeps stock of these 2 products.

Place is good only for shopping for house hold items... Other than that its too crowded... Lots of people there... Lots of ladies doing their home shopping... Good place to meet a lot of ladies... Products are stacked in a very organised way so that there is no trouble in finding any thing. Staff are very cordial and helpful... Crowded during the weekends, good competitive pricing for lot of products. Parking is small, two wheeler parking gets full quite fast and car parking available for few cars. But during weekends do not expect you can get parking easily. People have to park on the roads, too much crowd.

Online system is third class. 10 days before we book necessary product from D Mart ready app. They given 14 th April delivery timing of products but 17 th April our products not come yet and coustomer Care number given that app is always busy 100 times I call them but always number busy.Cause of current situation we book online but third class experience coming from kalyan Godrej hill D Mart.

You will find rush Everytime you visit this store... Its better you order online to buy the grocery. Why you would waste your time in store searching out the items you required and then standing in long ques for billing. Need to decongest the aisles and to reduce the billing time.

Facility an olive shoot for residents of its location...theres hardly a time of the day when its not teeming with people...its difficult for it to handle the large numbers of customers which throng its premises every day....it is severely limited by space...ratio of people to floor space is severely skewed...parking is a serious issue which customers have to tackle and its management has failed hands down to address it.....this is highlighted during the first week of each month when the facility is literally smothered with customers...who visit it to stockpile monthly groceries....staff lacks professionalism....due to the huge demand....management gets away with its abject lack towards customers needs of a pleasant shopping experience...does nothing to improve in this area....one noticeable area of concern is....customers ssfety in case of a disaster....God forbid...if a disaster strikes we are looking in the face of a major catastrophe waiting to happen with no emergency evacuation measures in place to address such a disaster.....management needs to do a proper risk assessment and put in place necessary corrective measures to avert loss of life...property and environment....

Dmart is a place for shopping all the household needs. However, they lack at one point. There are certain products which are available only at their outlets and all of a sudden they stop those products. The only option then left is to buy a substitute which is not as good as the earlier product and it price is also more. Dmart should continue with it or shouldnt start.
