It was my dads last working day.so we booked 50 pieces of bar cake a day before. Shop owner said they will deliver by 5-6 pm. Later they said they will deliver at 7 am.. we wanted it before 8am.. tried calling since 7 am no one replied . No response till 9 am.. I was completely overwhelmed with the customer service. I will be grateful forever..A person should not commit to what he cant deliver..as simple as that. So if anyone out here relying on commitment..be careful.

Whether its a birthday or an anniversary our itinerary always includes a cake to celebrate those auspicious occasions. It was my Mothers 50ty birthday and I ordered a cake from Monginis, Kalyan West near station road. There was a stone inside a cake which was really disappointing and a big question mark whether or not to buy a cake from Monginis next time. Such incidents could ruin the happy moments. Monginis should take care of such things as its going to affect their brand and lead to customer dissatisfaction.

Best shop best flavour and best customer services

I ordered a 3D cack of 2kg for my daughters birthday and when I go there for the cake it was horrible, they made it so badly Im surprised that this cake made by Monginis, its like a local bakery cake. It was too bad in taste also, my 2 year old daughter didnt like it and we also unable to eat that cake it was so bad in taste... I called them and next day I returned that cack and take refund from them... Monginis please check this shop, Im sure that this shop is selling their own bakery cakes on your name...

Very Bad experience. Fraudsters Totally Low Quality cakes. They say inside it is Chocolate in layers but there is only cream. I took chocolate cakes three times from these shop but still same issue. Take cake from a local shops instead of these fake branded shop and save yourself from spoiling birthdays of your loved ones.

One of the best place to order your cakes from. Staff is very well trained and shows professionals. Quality is good as name suggest Monginis. Pastries and muffins are served here too.

Please check Monginis website for rates before purchasing. No price labels on pastries and sells at fake extra rates. Devils Delight for 35₹ instead of 30₹. Worst buying experience. They just want to earn money by keeping customer in dark. Really bad.

The cakes and pastries arent good enough since some time. The Ribbons & Balloons outlet at Bail Bazaar area is kind of good and is way better.

Monginis cakes are part of our life... looking for an affordable as well the costly cakes, one need to visit this place... its narrow space makes it difficult for customers to move within the store. Cosy ambience with the tag of average service...
