Customer service is poor. I called for placing order. No manners of speaking with a customer. Rude

I bought cake two times. It was stale. Very disappointing.

Today I have purchased a choco crunch cake..It was so good 😋😋

I once ordered cheese paneer burger it was pathetic& bland taste buns were not fresh and beside paneer patty they added some rotten pieces of paneer,i was not getting what Im eating until the last bite ends. Really disappointing

Bad serviceCake which was ordered by me for a delivery of 5pmWhen I am here to collect by 7:00pm they say the cake is been to someone else .The cake maker is saying why have you not collected the cake at 5I guess advance payment is done for collection as per customers request and convenience.Poor attitude
