A great place to play for small and slightly larger children. You can organize a birthday for a child there and invite his friends. You can also drink and eat something good there. Lots of space, many children can play at the same time. There is a small car park but if there is a lack of space it is close to a public car park.

Love the new sensory room addition to the baby area my 2 little ones loved it. We havent been in over a year and they had so much fun will definitely be back again nearer in the future.

Really good kid play. Taken my 20 month old and she absolutely loved the toddler and baby area. Lots of toys, little climbing frames, sensory bubbles and lights!!Well worth the price!!

It was good to take the little one there today. It was her very first time and shes been squeaking with delight. We left a bit earlier than the leaving time weve been as she was overwhelmed with the whole experience. Definitely will go again

Great place to spend a couple of hours. Nice big play areas for little kids as well as the slightly older ones. Good cafe serving plenty of snack, drinks and hot food at quite reasonable prices. Cheap to get it too, just £7 for an adult and child. Tiny car park outside but a huge car park right opposite which is pay and display. Couple of quid for 4 hours which is plenty in a place like this. There was a kids party on whilst we were there and they all seemed to be well looked after and having fun. Very pleasant friendly staff everywhere and the tables were constantly being cleaned and tidied up. Lost a star simply as it was so hot inside the play areas.

The laser world is great definitely would reccomend to groups its alot of fun and very cheap!

A very nice option for indoor playing area for kids especially during the cold months and rainy UK weather. It includes various areas for different ages. The 3 years and below years area is very convenient and everything is safe for toddlers.Parents can either sit in the seating area or l accompany their toddlers inside the toddlers area. Options for food and drinks are available to order. The prices are cheap.There are options for monthly or more membership where frequent visitors can save lots of money. For example, the cost for one day without membership is £5 for each child and £1 per each adult. If there is a 3 months membership, the child can have unlimited access for 3 months for £30 only and £1 for each adult everytime.

We took our two grandsons yesterday and we were very impressed by this soft play venue. Very friendly staff on reception and exceptional cleanliness which made us feel very safe. Our grandsons had a brilliant time. Great value for money!

Great place for children to blow off steam. Staff were friendly behind reception and also the kitchen staff. 2 notes would be to maybe add a few more sandwich options which could be pre made as to not impact daily service and second was that the main facilities/slide/ could do with more cleaning at these times as only noticed 1 member of staff in the 2 hours we were there actually clean any of the equipment( the catering staff/ dining area was kept clean at all times).

Lovely big indoor soft play centre with in house cafe. Food choice could be improved (ie, would be good to have a chip alternative) but still worth eating if you like chips with everything. Which, lets face it most children do! :) My boys had lots of fun. Friendly staff.

Took my grandson here and he loved it. I am a safety consultant and could not suggest an improvement to their procedures and set up. I sit and have freshly cooked food and a nice cup of tea whilst my grandson tires himself out in a fun and safe environment, perfect. Warm days are quieter than wet ones for obvious reasons, so I like going on very hot days, before or after visiting the park. Thank you to Keith and his team for helping us make wonderful memories.

From a parents point of view the coffee is nice and at a good price, and so a drinks and food for the kids. Nothing fancy but just what my son is after when running around and playing.Could maybe do with a little bit of an update as its been practically the same since it opened 20 years ago, bit that said if it aint broke why fix it?Staff are always great, they are friendly and helpful.

So I havent been back here in about 7 years. The place has had some money spent on it. They finally took the carpet out, what a difference! Plus it was clean. If you havent been try it. Kids loved it.

Its average. Some area need improvement or maintenance otherwise good hour or so for the kids. Look a bit dark so can a bit better there. Parking is also not very convenient very few spaces. Entrance is like a cheap club wouldnt have thought its kids area behind that door 😁

Lovely place. I like the service and cafe. The car park is most of the time packed but there is a nearby car park in case and not very expensive too.

Kids love it here, mine were 3 and 5 when they went and they loved it. We had a birthday party here and that went well, we went upstairs for food. Its a big worn out nowadays needs a tidy up and upgrade

Plenty space for kids to run around and play with climbing frames and other kids. Cafe is acceptable, staff are exceptional though. Only get a short period of play time, but its a good place to meet friends who also have kids, sit, cup of tea. I like it. £30 for 12 week unlimited pass, or about five for single entry

Its OK kids love it with a Laser quest the other side. Place has a bit of a funny smell in there, to me its like old sick or wee wee. Its never gone from the first time I went there not over bearing but their. Bit confusing with drop off or parking if going to Laser quest. Is a car Park at St Johns Station opposite pay & display.

Great to let the kids run free, in a safe environment. Food and drinks are a reasonable price. Blackcurrant juice does stain the kids mouths though.

Excellent for young children. Safe and secure. Some slides quite fast and hard tho! Great fun. Kids meals came in a little basket, perfect size for children and great value.

Its good for older kids. Only down side is the seating is right at the back so you cant see the exits. From a parents prospective you need to be able to see the exit for your childs safety

I havent taken the kids for a while. The smell of body odour was horrendous!! Its definitely gone down hill will bot be going back 😷

Great for the babies and toddlers through the day, (when the older children are at school). Great play sessions on a friday, which include a disco.

Good value for money for toddlers and a great safe space for them to play. Food is expensive but thats not why youre visiting! Only criticism is that staff could be a little more vigilant about older children in the toddler section, and about parents supervising their kids as there are often older siblings playing on the equipment or young children running around knocking little ones over while their parents ignore them and have a coffee. Other than that staff are great, always friendly in the café. Overall a great place to spend an afternoon!

Not Bad. However very busy and only one and half hours allowed. In terms of birthday parties I wouldnt recommend. We made our booking one month early only to call us one week before the date and say the big room is booked and only small rooms available so adults and children has to stay separated through out the party. And not much provided for the asking price.

Could do with some modernisation, but its still relatively good value for money; my 5 year daughter always has a great time, although there are limited food options available for vegetarians & vegans.

Nice big playgym, the kids had fun, the fries are also excellent! Loses a couple of stars as has very little parking meaning we had to park across the road and pay which pushes up the price of going. Cost a little over £15 for a family of 4 to get in (plus £3 parking)

Son loves it here, been several times in term time. Food is good and reasonably priced. 4 stars as did get an electric shock going down one of the slides, reported to staff and was soon looked into. Did take an hour to get full feeling in my hand again. Have been since and just avoid the slide.

Can I first say amazing! I live in london and have been coming to kids world with my daughter for 4 years ever second Thursday and this year we had her 8th birthday party there whoop whoop amazing place,amazing staff, amazing management, amazing food!!!!! They all make me feel welcome and cant do enough for me and my daughter ! Big thanks to the team at kids world. One more thing AMAZING!!!

Great place with some good people. However some of the staff force marched us around the place so much we didnt get a chance to enjoy a birthday party. When the parent mentioned this in the feedback and the fact that she felt discriminated one of the staff aggressively confronted and swore at her. Terrifying and a disappointment.

Not bad this time round. Few things wrong with my food. I would say make sure u check your food properly before u put it in your mouth. 👍

Brilliant soft play for very little ones seperated from the bigger kids so felt safe that both my 1 and 2 year old were able to enjoy themselves safely in their own age appropriate areas of the facility. Fantastic fun and very tiring!

Hasnt changed much in years but friendly staff and kids love it!

It’s a clean, decent place that gets very busy. The car parking is pretty poor out the front but there is a pay and display council owned car park opposite which isn’t too expensive and is FREE on Sundays. The building is getting a bit old and the roof was leaking in multiple locations that had buckets under the drips but the kids socks were still soaking wet from walking through the areas and the kids were all tracking this water all over the premises making it slippy. The food is quite basic but your not there to eat. It’s a good venue for a young child’s birthday party. It’s not too expensive but you only get two hours on the softplay for your cash.

We go because its local, nice size and plenty for kids up to about 12 ish. Its a bit tired and the menu is a bit lacking, especially is you have kids with allergies. All my child could have was a banana as you are unable to buy the things meant for the kids boxes separately

Great place for kids!! Large and fun safe areas for kids to play!! Safe and clean!! Very nice restaurant!! Would recommend for anyone who wants to run off some of there childrens energy!!

Not up to the standard of other soft play areas we have visited. It was difficult to find a place to sit down as tables were not being cleared from previous families. There was an area cordoned off (believe it is used for tutoring) and our young son (being inquisitive) managed to find his way in there, but then couldnt get out again as the barrier was very poor and frankly not too safe. Staff all looked miserable as hell. We only stayed an hour, as it simply wasnt a pleasant experience. Also cost significantly more than our local place. Wont be returning.

It is nice and friendly but they still need to improve the food quality. But my kids love it. Take your kids for fun day for sure.

Took the grandchildren to burn off some energy before Sunday lunch, very busy so you can only stay 2 hours (usually stay about 4), but staff happy & friendly and everywhere really clean.

It was abit too busy with only one space for babies. The tables in the cafe were also no5 great if you had to hold your baby or feed. I can see it being great for toddlers though. Parking is also a nightmare.

Gd let kids let off engery but hygiene needs updating daily isnt cleaned on kids operator that kids climb on and use seen alot of kids wet themself and poop kids funny nose ect and the soft play toy arent wiped down

First time here was a great experience for me and the kids. The frames and play areas even cater for my toddler.Just be sure to find parking early as the spaces are a little scarce when busy.

Ridiculously warm in the summer (no Aircon) and not as clean as Id like, but children do love it.Havent been in the toddler section for a long time so hope its had an update as it was in very poor repair previously.Car parking is very limited.

Service is always good the staff are always friendly and the soft play is always clean enough for children to play.

Love this place the staff are great friendly and helpful. Its a great size for kids to run off steam. And the prices are great also. They do a mean hot chocolate with whipped cream and marshmallows,some great food choices at reasonable prices. So its lovely to relax and read a book whilst the kids have hours of fun. And the good thing is when you get home the only thing their fit for is bed and sleep. So you get a nice quiet peaceful evening in front of the tv with a bottle of wine and nibbles and no interruptions so everyones happy!!!

Its fine for children up to 10yrs old, but beyond this age, children will become bored a little bit too quickly.

Overall I was very disappointed. Because I have twins under 2 I asked if I could split the session and come back in the afternoon since i was only able to use the soft play area for 30 min in the morning. The lady at the reception answered “Yes not a problem”. However, when I got there at 3.50pm I saw my entrance denied because the manager decided to close the facilities at 4pm, although it was in the schedule and advertised in their website that the closing time was 5.30pm on Sundays.To summarise we paid £12 and used the soft playarea for maybe 30 min the most...I felt that the ladies at the reception couldn’t care less all they wanted was to go home earlier. I wrote a complaint to management but it has been ignored so far.About the facilities itself the under 2s area could go with a really good cleaning. If my twins were still crawling I wouldn’t take them there...

Fantastic place for kids to let of some steam and for adults to have a chat and cuppa. Great value for money plus they have a summer pass for £20 so they can play all day up to the 31st August.

Kids always love a kids world day, wish it was bigger so the kids didnt get a time limit or they reduce prices during these times as it doesnt seem fair it costs the same to have 3 hours or 6!

Such a fun filled experience for the little ones. The kids enjoyed every minute, well you could tell by the bright red faces!!haha

Food is very basic, bland and over priced. Drinks were ok. However my son enjoyed himself.

Some of the staff were impolite and hostile towards us. The place itself isnt good value for money; food for kids isnt what youre told when you make the booking. I wouldnt go back and would not recommend it.
