I paid just small amount less than total amount due(by mistake) that too well before due date of credit card.Then also they charged interest on whole amount which was already paid

Very bad customer service my mom open an account in month of November till date she Is not received ATM card, and bank employee miss sneha not received my my call and didnt reply for my message.If she pickup by chance provide reason like I m on leave or in the lunch. This is not good branch in case of customer support. I would not like to give any star for their service but there is no option thats why I m giving only 1star
