According to me very bad bank and staff....always atm / cdm down. Only one counter for cash deposit and widrawal. If cash van comes then you need to wait near about 30 to 40 minutes. So think twice before visiting branch or atm. For your (yes bank) information already 4 days passed but still not received revert of email regarding charges.
Worst service. Customer service says visit branch, branch people says Write mail, no response on emails and nor ready to give anything in written. Managers try to avoid customer, not ready to meet.Worst to worst I ever seen.

The worst banking experience ever causing unrepairable banking relationship.6. You can escelate your concerns to the manager. He will not respond too.7. Yes bank is an example of irresponsible, Unresponsive and unaccountable banker.
