Perhaps the best Bata in Mumbai, with a very helpful staff and consistently replenishing stock of footwear. Recently I found a great pair of running shoes at a ridiculous price of ₹850 on sale. Though these were not available in my size in store, the store manager assured me they will deliver it in my size to my doorstep. 2 days later I did. Couldnt ask for more.

I had a bad experience with Bata this time...I have always been a Bata fan; however, this one particular disappointed me a lot! I had to return it twice during the 6 months warranty period n then too it did not sustain!
