Worst shop I ever seen, selling fake products when we went to return the product they are simply saying there is no guarantee to that product. The hospitality is too worst. When we go for any service they are delaying the service for days and the behavior of owner and the staff is not good.Better try to avoid this shop

They are offering worst services. There is no proper customer service.They changed my laptops hard disk and fixed new one.With in months i faced same problem with my laptop that time i checked internal parts. Then i observed which ever they changed that hard disc is very old one(5 years old).I realised ,I was cheated by them. 😔😔🙄.

They had done OS to my system and then I got mic problem I thought like its better this time prefer brand store but they told me around Rs.600 and some nice story but my sense waking me up and says it was better to take laptop where laptop OS was done. They had done at free of cost.So ultimately what I am saying is they dont cheat, they just delay

Scrap will not lift your calls ,will not give you correct components ,worst service and will take forever to repair simple stuff no responsibility by owner

Worse hospitality towards customers care , and miss guidingi have purchased hdd drive and it was having some problemwhen i have submitted the hard drive in warranty , they have delayed upto 3 months when the warranty period is over they are telling stories and acting like anything both owner and servicing engineer

Under no circumstances should equipment be purchased here. You will have to experience your kharma when the repairs come. Rotate for months. They have no control over those who work for them. They are not responsible if the customer returns hundreds of times for his item.The mechanic (service engineer) often gets annoyed when asked if your item has been repaired. With that your karma will still burn. He makes a bill of thousands of rupees for a job that costs 100 rupees. With complete experience, I convey with pain.
