This illogical staff ask customer to wait outside by blocking 2 seats out of 3. There are no extra chairs even to sit for extra customers. As per them they need only 5 customers in at any point in time. Arrogant staff behavior, illogical answers, y cant they block center seat and allow 2 persons sit at a row. They better go through customer etiquette and go though training how to treat customer. Asking customer to wait outside in hot sun by blocking seats in side.... Better u opt for other service centers in kakinada.

Insufficient staff, front office is very poor and rude in communicating, they want people to wait unnecessarily for delivering mobile after repaired.

Guys,First thing, please be extra cautious while looking for the store.There is no hoarding or brands visibility for this particular store.Ive identified it while an MI tv is getting unloaded from an auto and then stocking it in the service centre.Currently lot of poco or redmi mobiles face rebooting or restarting issue.Its due to airtel app thats installed in the mobile.If you UNINSTALL the airtel app, everything should be good for now.Ive been informed the same in the service centre.

Such a bad sarvice center they dont know how to repair mobile hard were and software when my mobile got software problems but they tell hard were fault even I ll get to another Sarvice center they resolved it

I got charging problem .They dint even checked my phone and said that it will take 2 weeks to get the spare and it wont cover under warranty.In an emergency I opted a private service and it costed me 800 and the problem occured again the next day.It took just 2hours to get repaired in Hyderabad service center and not covered under warranty as private people opened the mobile and again it costed me 850 rs .better to not go for this service center.In experienced people working from the very first door.Be careful.
