Honestly, save your money and eat elsewhere. Ive eaten at several Indian restaurants in Korea...this was by far the worst Indian restaurant that Ive eaten in my life. The wait staff is not friendly, which isnt a big deal, but the food is not authentic at all The curries are very oily. The naan lacks flavor and my friends and I couldnt drink the lassi (sugar water). The buffet has 3 curry types...but wheres the meat? When they brought out the indian meat platter it had sausages and mushrooms...at an Indian restaurant. Never coming back...never been so disappointed with food or service. Im not high maintenance...but it wasnt very good at all.

The vibe and layout of Utsav is peaceful and serene even though people are usually stampeding toward the buffet like wild buffalo. Its calmer to visit around 1:00 or 2:00 than prime lunch hours. The buffet has also gone up in price since my last visit, but that was nearly 2 years ago and is totally understandable. I believe its about 13 bucks now, which still isnt bad for unlimited naan, beverages, salad and a few different curries and veggie sides.

Food quality is superb. Interior ambience could benefit from a change in the music; play some traditional Indian music rather than K-Pop or Western Hip Hop.

You can taste very good quality Nan which is baked in the indian style stove. You can see several Indian chef(and staff) making the Nan. I usually eat palak paneer (spinach curry) or chicken curry and tandoori chicken.I couldnt find out good palak paneer than this restaurant. I can guarantee you even if you are not familiar with indian curry, anyone can enjoy this dish.If you visit there during the lunch time, you can also choose curry buffet as well.
