Sanket india staff is well knowledgeable and polite. Surrounding is good. But late in Delivery at home. Other issue one part of washing machine is miss in packing is not good service. Again I go to sanket india part is not ready there. Next day I received it.After selling service is not proper.Machine is very good working and quality of cleaning is extraordinary. I impressed.

They sell outdated and faulty products from the companies. i bought a whirlpool refrigerator which only worked for 6 months, when i complained about the problem i was facing they have shown no support. Even the manager at Sanket Junagadh was giving excuses and no proper response.You will get ZERO support/Service from them once the products is delivered to you.

Sanket India is not liable for this single star also. Initially I gave 5 stars to Sanket India - Junagadh. But, within a month I understand that this people are not deserving a single star . They are not believing for after sales service.I perched a washing machine infact me and my friend both on same day. My friend got the machine next day which is defective product. We complaint and next day they replaced it.After that we are waiting for 2nd machines delivery, before that I personally visited the show room and told to the excutive that please dont deliver this defective product to me. And guess what! I received that same defective product only.Now they are committed me for the replacement it is almost one month passed away still I didnt receive machine.Now Im coming to the staff behaviour they are highly polite but inefficient to answer on anything. They are not responsible for anything what they say at the time of visits. Giving you false commitment and wrong answers. When you call them they told you give me five or ten minutes we will revert back to you. But they never call you back and dont take bother to answer you. Im highly disappointed with the service and never ever recommend to anyone Sanket India - Junagadh. (I mailed sanket India 3 times but still not answer.)
