Amenities are really good. Room is spacious. Issue with WiFi, you have one user name password which can be used on single device. Room service is a bit slow. Overall experience is average.

Location is good,room services is good, non ventilated rooms. Charges are very high and food quality is below average. Not a value for money.I will not not suggest this hotel for family with kids as they are charging occupancy charges in the range of 400-500 for each kid, which i am not convinced with. With this average room cost will go to 3000 Rs and the hotel is not worth of that.Restaurant menu is tooooo costly as compare to food quality.

Very courteous staff and delicious vegetarian food. I really enjoyed their Rajasthani Thali and Kabuli. They have a very cosy bar with well stocked alcohol. Beautiful bar counter. Overall good experience and will recommend everyone

It was not a good experience. Room is very small and they charge a decent amount for that. Food is expensive by the standard of this hotel. Room was not clean. Stain on blanket and bedsheets and when you ask why it is the answer is amazing that it is oil mark. I mean really. The only good thing about this hotel is their bar. This have limited options but sensible pricing and they give you peanuts and papad complimentary.

Pathetic room service. When I reached there was no towel in the bathroom. First I told room service boy who came along with me till room for check-in, then I had to make multiple calls to get towels. Though free wi-fi service was mentioned, but it was not getting connected properly. Even after calling multiple times, no one bothered to visit. The lock of bathroom was broken. Though the cooler was running, but the room was not getting cold. In a word - horrible experience.

Hi Team, below are the concern about my last hotel booking which was at hotel suncity International,Jodhpur1. I had booked a hotel for two rooms  2.Hotel sservices was not good like washroom geyser is not working in one of the washroom, washroom was not clean and ac was not in good condition.3.If I required any thing then I need to contact multiple times to the hotel staff.4.Earlier hotel management was decided we got 2 rooms on a same floor but after the payment they gave separate room on different floor.on behalf of such issues i am not happy

Hello Everyone,I am just about to leave a hotel right now. This is one of the most pathetic experience as far as hotel is concerned. I have booked 2 rooms and stayed for 3 nights. The manager upfront asked for full money have never seen this treatment anywhere else but as it was booked by someone I knew so I gave into it reluctunatly. The food is pathetic here everyday they serve the same breakfast mostly half cooked. The bathrooms have issue of water logging. The service is very slow and staff in particular a manager is not courteous at all. Whenever you ask for something even like basic soap he will argue ek set to diya hai and u have to convince him that one set is not enough for 3 days. Room service also very poor. I have never been to such hotel ever and I never recommend this hotel anyone.

Rooms are clean but no balcony no view at all. Washrooms are clean but walls are slightly broken, rooms have some damp marks, auto ola and uber cabs are easily available. Close to Airport and railway station. Staff is good and helpful. Overall satisfactory experience with family.

It is in Ratanada, which is the only advantage of this hotel. Except that the room was quite substandard in respect of the price that I was charged with(₹1400). At this price, there are other, more spacious hotels available.

Hotel seems good in first look but owner didnt spend a penny on maintenance. Washbasins Marvel was broken, towel was torn, paintings were damaged, bedsheet & pillow cover had stains, etc. Bathrooms exhaust fan was Very much louder & irritating as well. Restaurant was very nice & staff is trained but delay in service. Rates are as per 3 or 4 star hotels but room infrastructure doesnt support it. Parking is easily available. Power backup is also available. I dont recommend untill they do renovation.

I had good experience with this hotel except toilet nd wifi problem. In room no- 109 toilet floor tiles was dirty nd smelly becuz of tiles is not properly fitted so that water was stop at the corner nd make smell in toilet and for the wifi was big problem there. No speed there at any time. its totally slow even u cant open google page becuz of they given open access for every one and there hotel staff all the time download something on there phones. Except this service, location, staff behaviour was very good . I will suggest u go for this hotel at least one time . Nd dont get 109 room till they fixed this problem nd also suggestion to hotel manager please be strict on hotel staff for dont use guest wifi.

The worst ever hotel I stayed.. First thing the staff at reception stare you. Which is very unpleasant... And the moment you get in to room you feel like entering a room of 1980s old rooms..the dirty window rails and covers.. stinky room .. there is no bottled water supply ... There isnt coffee or tea supplies in the room. They provide some water which they say is ro water... And morning breakfast is again bad... Poha.parota. dry bread... we ordered two tea. And when we poured the tea to glass. It was one and half cups of tea.... Overall. Worst experience... For one night we paid 3450.... Which is waste... We booked just because it is near to airport.. never suggest this to anyone.Reply to owner respond: when we were there you did not bother to listen what we were saying. WORST SERVICE !!! I have booked this hotel for 3 days through OYO.I travelled all the way from delhi to jodhpur and when I went for check in Hotel Suncity international,They denied check in.They directly told me that they will not allow check in at OYO rate and ask me to call oyo and sort out the issue with them.And so OYO is great in itself,none is able to connect and sort out the issue with them.So after that I had to book a different hotel at higher rate and late check in wasting my time..NEVER USE SUCH A LOW GRADE HOTEL WHICH CANT STAND TO THEIR COMMITMENT.
