Its a heritage haveli with the thakurs living inside it. Its divided into 3 parts out of which 2 parts are run as separate hotels individually by the two brothers who own their respective portions. We stayed in Pal haveli in Feb 2021 for two nights and got the best deal directly through the reception instead of booking online as tourism is presently slow. The rooms are great. Indique restaurant on the roof is a good dining option. The famous clock tower is right outside the hotel. The hotel staff can assist in getting a parking space if you dont find one easily.

Very nice place, beautiful view of Mehrangarh Fort from the terrace as well as room. Foods are very delicious and healthy. Rajasthani foods served here were too tasty. Laal Maas here was very tasty and homely cooked. I highly recommend this property if u want quality accommodation with beautiful panaramic view of Jodhpur city, Mehrangarh fort, Jaswant Thara and Umaid Bhawan Palace.

We had stayed on in this hotel , we booked for a Royal heritage room but they gave heritage room, next day only we came to know, as we reached late night , the room was very bad, heater is getting electric shock, we are not able to use that bathroom, after finding that they had cheated us we asked the receicption person he is showing the royal heritage room as heritage, to hide their mistake . Stayed here 2 separate nights, one of which we were upgraded to a view room, and the other a normal first floor room. The hotel is somewhat hidden in a courtyard accessed through a gate on a side street away from the clock tower. The beds in both rooms were comfortable, but are quite high off the ground and may not be good for older guests. The ground floor room let in quite a bit of noise from the courtyard and the AC had a strange smell, but the other room was totally fine. Tip: The rooftop restaurant has delicious food and a great fort view for reasonable prices.

Nicely decorated heritage style hotel. Great views of the Fort from the rooftop restaurant. Good location. Only negative was the air conditioning in our room (11) was too weak to properly cool the room so we had to leave the curtains closed, losing the lake view.

It was wonderful, stunning heritage hotel.Our room had a huge bath you could almost fit an elephant in !. We had a view directly over the street and surprisingly it was quite peaceful despite the general hubbub of Indian street life below.Staff helpful and welcoming and the food was served on the roof terrace and we had a spectacular view of the Mehrangarh fort.

Amazing hotel situated in the middle of places to visit in Jodhpur, be it the Clock Tower, Toorji ka Jhalda, or the main market. Mehrangarh Fort is also pretty reachable via auto. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant, appropriately named Panorama 360 degree, from where you can see all the places in Jodhpur. Also, we got the best room (Room No.7) which is the nearest to the fort.

The restaurant is a popular joint in town. serves imported liquor. the food is just above average.

Haveli inn pal,a old charming haveli in the heart of blue city jodhpur. Its near the famous clock tower of sardar bazar.

Room comfortable, nice personnel, splendid view from the rooftop....but, ...but it s not Haveli Pal - beware of confusion - and the service as well as the confort could not be compared. Breakfast and dinners deceiving. The weakest point : noisy. Dont forget your ears protection or you will not sleep. Avoid rooms 11 and 12 located close to the street.

This is a wonderful hotel, ideally situated near the clock tower & market. The restaurant is good and the view stupendous. The only drawback is no lifts and 56 steps to the rooftop restaurant! Friendly people

Very good place to stay. The heritage rooms with a view of the fort thru the windows are very good. The restaurant in the terrace is too good giving a comple 360 degree view of the fort, the palace and the landmarks. Hospitality by the hotel staff were very good. The food price could have been a little lesser than what currently is. Breakfast buffet contains typical American style break toast, eggs, cereal, Juice on display. Only when asked, other Indian dishes like parathas or poori subzi or other items get served. That could be well informed to the guests.

Excellent centrally located hotel within a block of the clock tower. Staff were extraordinarily helpful throughout the trip, going so far as to call Jodhpur airport security to let them know that we were running late for a flight, and arranging transportation for two out-of-town excursions. Room was beautiful, with a spectacular view of Mehrangarh Fort, and royally appointed with marble floors and colorful stained glass. The Rajasthani thali we had at the rooftop restaurant, Panorama 360, was one of the best meals we had in India, even better than the (still great) meal we had at Indique, its more famous next-door neighbor. (Panorama 360 also has even better fort views). Highly recommended!

Haveli Inn Pal is a cozy place with breathtaking views of Mehrangarh Fort. Fair price and the service are impeccable.The host even helped my friend to get back her lost passport in Jaipur. If you are looking for a place to stay in Jodhpur, Haveli Inn Pal will be a great choice.

Beautiful room, great location. Lousy internet and rude manager. There is a good Wi-Fi network on the place but guests are not allowed to access it.The service staff are friendly although one man told me all the tables were fully booked. I spoke to someone else and was given a choice of tables.

We slept in room 4. Located on the ground floor. It is very spacious and pleasant. The bed has an abnormal height, its like sleeping on an elephant or in a cloud. We liked everything in general. The treatment of the very cordial staff. The terrace of the restaurant overlooking the fort is beautiful. Located next to the clock tower where they market.

Very complete hotel in India. For local people it is a luxurious hotel for Europeans it is very good but not luxurious.The personnel is very friendly. The rooms are big and clean. The furniture is old but it is very comfortable.

We stayed in one of their 12 rooms after a long day of driving and visiting. The room is normal, it does not stand out for anything, but it has the essentials. The terrace where they serve breakfast (good) is the best. We also dined there and the dresser is fine and not expensive.

Beautiful old palace, within walking distance of 5 minutes from Clocktower. The rooms were clean and stylish furnished with a view of the fort from the window and well-kept bathroom. Highly recommended is the rooftop restaurant, where both the fantastic view over the city and the fort as well as the delicious and authentic food convinced. The staff is friendly and courteous. Located in the heart of Old Jodhpur, this hotel is a former Haveli.Decorated with old Indian furniture, it is authentic.Bedroom (8) is large, also furnished with old furniture. It is in theory facing the fort,Rather, it is facing a wall. You have to bend down to see the fort.The TV is placed on a wall next to the bed, impossible to watch without straining your neck or you have to sit on the edge of the bed.TV5 monde is available in French.The bedding is good but the pillows are way too big and hard.The ceiling fan is loud, so is the air conditioning.The bathroom is big enough but the shower taps are really too low on the walland are very old and scaled.The restaurant on the rooftop is ideal with a direct view of the magnificent fort.The adjoining dining room is it spooky.The meals are good, but the breakfast leaves much to be desired by its choice.I recommend because breathtaking view of the fort at night.

Here we felt very well great view for breakfast and the nicest waiter of our tour.
