The hotel is situated in a close proximity to the railway station which makes it a good option, apart from that the room is quite decent given the price. For some the washroom may look small but for me as a solo traveller it was just fine, quite clean enough.The staff is also courteous and well behaved.Overall a good hotel to stay. Would recommend strongly.

Price is reasonable but u have to adjust with many other things. Staff is not cooperative since u enter the hotel. They behave as if they are giving the room for free. No complimentary water bottles given. One jar given whose water doesnt taste like RO. Adding to the worst you can not control the temperature of the AC by yourself as it is controlled by the receptionist. And they already being non cooperative doesnt enteratin your request properly to change the temperature. Overall it was not a good stay but yes the price was reasonable. Only a little gesture of goodwill and cooperation could make it worth staying and booking again.

Dont go for property pics posted by Hotel, Pathetic amenities, old ac not working properly, neither TV is working..making Fool to customer by saying all allocated rooms are super deluxe.. Rude receptionist... Dont ever stay here, go for another option for stay....

The hotel is located at a very good location. The railway station, bus pick up point, ghanta ghar, the main market area, atms, etc. are all available at walking distance. The staff is polite and helpful. The hotel has neat rooms and washrooms. Just a small issue is that the super deluxe rooms do not have any cupboard. Food is okayish. The hotel staff helped us with our itinerary as it was our first time in Jodhpur. They were helpful.

A simple hotel from outside but a pearl inside the shell. This hotel is a part of the lodha group of hotels which is the finest in this region. The hospitality of the staff is commendable and the etiquettes with which the staff is being taught just shows how well groomed the hotelier is.Rooms are impeccable and even after choosing an AC room, i never switched it on as the rooms itself are so cozy and comfortable. They are beautifully decorated and comfortable with the stay.Washroom was perfectly hygienic and they cared to spray room freshner too in the room before my entry in the room. Linen were clean. Food is totally veg but worth the price.Thanks for hosting my stay.

Worst experience!! Hotel rooms were not clean at all. Only clean place you will find is lobby and reception area. Bathrooms are most worst as it is very dirty and unhygienic. Sticky brown surface you will find in bathroom. Rooftop restaurant was also very dirty as when we entered the restaurant and sat on the table, it was not even clean after some other customer had finished their food. No water was served, no tissues on the table. Food was ok. Kitchen was also very dirty and unhygienic. In morning, water was not coming in the bathroom though it was a technical issue. Not recommended at all. Overall rating out of 5 is 1.

Visited twice.. Never cooperate... Always there is a calculation error.. Even two taxi drivers told us that they have spoiled reputation for making intentional errors in bills.. The AC is centrally controlled by the receptionist.. You have to keep asking them to change the temperature.. They will add items you did not have.. Please check the bills before making payments.. Staff is fine.. Poor people they are always under fear of the senior staff

A very nice hotel with reasonable room tariff if booked in advance. It has its own restaurant and have terrace restaurant which is arranged beautifully. Servings are enough and rates are reasonable. Hotel staff were well mannered and supportive. Its very near to railway station and one can walk up to hotel if has less luggage.

We enjoyed our stay here, arrived on an early train and there was a room available for us (they even upgraded us to a deluxe room which was really nice!)We had a nice welcome drink and they do a delicious Thali here! The staff were super nice and also recommended places to go, setting us up with a good guide of the countryside for the morning.Good price and decent WiFi also :)

A third class hotel. Not worth staying even for a day. The staff is indifferent and not at all interested in giving you any services. You are at your own. Only advantage is that its near railway station. However that is still not of any consequence as there are many better choices. You get a feel as if you are staying in a shady kind of place and have been cheated for your money. Plz avoid staying here.

Staff was amazing and very co-operative. Always ready to help 24/7. They arranged all which was needed. Its near to railway station. Room was small but adequate for 2 people.The transport/taxi which was arranged by hotel was not good. The driver did not know the direction and he had to take help of somebody every now and then. Jodhpur to Kumbhalgaj journey was supposed to take 3.5-4 hours but it took 6.5 hours. and driver took the route which is 30KM longer than actual route. So before booking taxi from hotel make sure driver is aware of route.

We saw a cockroach in a room itself and asked for change of room..No doubt we got it too...But again in second room we got cockroaches and complained to the owner(Mr. Manish Jain)itself... Owner no doubt helped us to change the room again but before that he asked us to checkout from the room at 10 pm and we were three ladies and that was so disappointment....Reason is we were complaining about there room service, cleanliness and maintenance as well....I really won’t consider this hotel.... As the owner was very arrogant and we were not expected this from the owner....

It was dirty , folks unorganized and couldnt take a simple food order .. didnt give me and my wife privacy and around 3-4 guys used to barge into the room Everytime we called for an issue in the room.. checking out our stuff .. it was creepy and just an invasion of personal space. We wont stay here again or recommend it to anyone .

My parents stayed in the hotel for 2 days, they were delighted with the hospitality of hotel staff. They enjoyed tasty food in the hotel, Room was neat and clean. Hotel staff ensured they have comfortable and memorable stay. They even arranged vehicle for sightseeing in Jodhpur and guided parents where my parents needed help.

Hotel newly build and very well maintained. Very clean rooms and washrooms. Staff is good. The food is amazing (No non-veg served or allowed to bring in). It is at walking distance from railway station (Around 500m). The only negative point is rooms are very small.

Great hotel at best price as possible, situated in main city and railway station is around 1km from there. All the tourist places are also nearby. Hotel is clean and hotel staff is very helping. In short.. This is value for money hotel.

The hotel allotted me a room without a ceiling fan. That too without informing me. Moreover, you dont get to control the air conditioning temperature of your room yourself. You have to call the reception in order to do that. The blankets provided in the room was like 100 bucks each. Who on earth does this?

The room allotted to us was good. We got cheaper deal through goibibo. However, half of the staff was good and half were not trained in speaking with guests. You cant eat meat in the hotel. Parking is also a problem and not arranged by the hotel, you have to park outside the hotel. Location is not tracked easily.

Nice place, we booked for overnight stay for our onward journey. The rooms though small were well furnished, had antique look, included refrigerator, ac, 24 hr hot water, etc. Staff was supportive and gave good service.

Its been great while staying here, neat n clean atmosphere great place to visit again.

Im utterly disappointed with my stay at this hotel. To start with the flush switch as u see was broken(which I have seen was broken even in another review), the jet spray was broken, the room was very small, the blanket was below standard and caused itching. When we complained about broken jet spray they said we are coming to check it and never came. Yes we reached late due to our train timing but the authority should have checked the room before giving. Even in the morning after repeated call they came first saying perhaps we have broken it then said cant help it and then after shouting they brought it from another room. At lunch we sat waiting to place order for 15mins nobody came although it was 2pm. They took 20mins and 3 reminders to give a bottle of water.*** The only star that I gave was due to the food which was the only thing good here. ***
