Bad, bad, bad. I decided to have it sent by ship (400 usd less, by air it would cost 800 usd). The company had experienced both ways and said that the only difference was the time it would take to arrive. I would simply have to pick up at the warehouse after receiving a phone call. In fact, it wasnt not at all like that. Marwar exports failed to fill out the right documents before the merchandise entered the ship (and I will have to pay a fine up to usd 5,000), I have so many other handling costs to bear for this import that the extra 400 usd for air transportation would be peanuts. Mr Singh (marwar exports) did not tell me the truth and made a fair business. I didnt even receive the merchandise to tell what I think about that, but it has been a nightmare. Keep away.
