Very slow service... Very bad experience i have to close my current account.

Top class customer service, always very much receptive. They never send you back without a resolution. Just got my home branch transferred to them. That is how any private bank branch must behave.On the other hand, never bank with their Jaljog head-office branch, it is exactly the opposite.

The staff is very calm and composed as well as soft spoken. Proper waiting seats and cooling is here with clean floors. ATM is always working with enough cash in it. A lot of parking space as well. Easily noticeable from main road
