Had a Pleasant stay at the hotel ....Hotel room door lock smart card stopped working at night it took 40 minutes to open the door manually but still the problem was not resolved..No one responds to your call on housekeeping or room service , after repeated calls to reception they answered the call ...I have stayed at Park Plaza hotels in Ludhiana and Zirakpur they are way way better than this ..AC cooling also was not upto the Park Plaza standards ...Dinner buffet quality and taste was quite good ..Breakfast menu has less items available for choice ..Overall stay was good

Accessible location, car parking available. Clean rooms and great service. Although, breakfast options are very less. Buffet breakfast was a little disappointing. Can be improved a little. Other than that, great place !

I stayed here with my family for a week. The property is very close to the Airport in Ratanada area and is well maintained. The rooms are neat and clean and spacious. The housekeeping and room service team was also prompt. Breakfast buffet was served daily in their Oasis restaurant. Swimming pool was however non-functional. Deducting one star as the hotel wifi was not working. Otherwise great stay and hospitality.

My brother in law and his family was here with an online confirmation they did not give him his room nor refunded him till date. They used to ease my trip.com Be careful from such fraud hotels and managements do not fall for their trap

Everything from the time of check-in to check out.. The hotel is phenomenal and one of the best hotel in Jodhpur. Kajol and Pawan are extremely courteous and professional. The rooms are amazing and worth the money.. The hotel is too nature obsessed and perhaps planted many plants in and around the hotel.. I like this the most.. The breakfast option was too good and the food service staff were impeccable.. This hotel is perfect for family and for solo travellers.

Property is well managed. Ambient is good. The good thing about is the reception staffs especially Mr. Pawan. He is extremely polite and intellectual. At your services whatever you desired for.Food is good but at higher cost I.e. same as compare with 5 star hotels and this needs revision.Overall love to spend time in hotel. Good hotel with good budget.Also, it is 4 mins traveling from Airport. You can save your time for sure.

Though they are rated 4 star, rooms where i stayed was having small issues like refrigerator was not working, room was neat and clean but had old set furniture, bathroom door was also not properly getting closed, cloth hangers were also missing!!!! Yeah breakfast menu was same everyday... its little disappointing. Also, Subji and sambhar were tasting more soury which shouldnt be at a 4 star hotel.its little over priced compare to what they are offering.

I walked in the hotel with a online booking confirmation but the hotel denied to allocate us the rooms as the room rates where cheaper online. The front desk person was mr Pavan and the reservation manager was Fateh .They both were extremely rude and were directly telling we will not honour the online booking. They lied to us saying that the rooms are not available at the same time they were selling rooms over counter for better rates. After wasting our 1 hour 30 mins. They did not even cancel the online booking and ended up charging us for the room . I did my booking using easemytrip.com. I have attached a copy of my booking and a video in which they are denying to allocate the room.Did not receive my refund till date

Nice place to be visited again

Food variety and taste was felt much downgraded than one and half year before. Cleanliness of premises is concern due to severe bird droppings. Rooms and hospitality are positive side.

Stay away if you can from here, Hot water is available form 8am to 9am only, very week wifi on 1st and 2nd floors only, they serve supposed to he Hot items on cold temperatures, chain on main door after 11pm .. god forbid if something happens you will not be able to leave or anyone can come in to help.. Torn bed scarf and hole in top bed sheet. Room phone does not ring.. reception person was very helpful and tried his best, its the management who is not keeping up with the property and guest expectations.

Working well enough for post covid operations. But still has a lot of catching up to do for getting back to pre covid glory. Limited staff and buffet spread. A little bit of maintenance issues here and there.Very little number of guests. But helpful staff. Let’s hope tourism starts again soon and we get this virus under control.

They dont deserve the quality of four star hotel, at time of breakfast they even didnt server clean plates and cutlery, services are pathetic. I ask for something for server, they take too much time, food is not even tasty. I didnt eat my breakfast. They have bad room service, no one response on housekeeping.

Geoffereys Bar situated inside Park Plaza is one of the best places of Jodhpur for drinks. I have been visiting them since 2016.

We ordered food it came after an hour(after calling reception as room service wasnt picking up) and the food was cold and not ediable(they also forgot one item). The wifi didnt work, we had to complain thrice then they gave a portable wifi device or something). The services also take a lot of time. We had to have diner at night, the food was served after 40 mins and was cold. The worst experience ive ever had in a hotel. Ive been to the other branches and they are good but this is just not upto the mark.

I stayed at hotel in the second week of January 2021 at room no. 353. I had very weird & annoying experience in the middle of night around 1:30 my room door was knocked loudly. The knocking was so loud that I woke up and since then door was knocked loudly & continuously with an interval of 5-7 minutes. I was shocked & afraid by seeing such type of activity. I called at the reception and on all the numbers of hotel but no one picked up the phone. Till 2:50 AM door was being knocked & I did not receive any help from the hotel hence lastly I had to call Police Control Room at 2:55 AM & ask for the immediate help. The PCR came around 3:30 AM (still door knocking was there). Police found that telephones at reception were on silent mode (no ringer) and when reception man called me in front of PCR his voice was sleepy. The police along with security guard & reception man came at my room. When I was scolding the reception guy other persons on the floor also came out & confirmed that their doors were also being knocked loudly since 1:30 AM. Police asked to show the CCTV but reception man refused to show it by giving the excuse that room is locked. Finally police instructed security guide to sit in floor corridor.The overall experience of the stay was very weird & annoying. In a reputed hotel like Park Plaza the hotel staff at reception do not pick phone in night & go for a deep sleep. Food was also poor

Do not go by brand name Park plaza, it is very poorly manage hotel I have experienced in recent past. they do not care of customers problem, Rooms are also not properly managed and unsupportive staff.

Its good 4 star hotel with great food.

An overnight stay in this property will be a life time memory for me. Warm welcome at the reception, a huge room with all facilities food of my choice, good view and courteous staff, I got all I wanted. And if a South Indian get a masala does for breakfast its sone pe suhaag. Would definitely recommend to friends and love to come back.

This hotel is close to the airport and is a value for money hotel in its range. The room needs some renovation. Staff is quite welcoming and friendly.

The room was just about okayish..the room I stayed in #214 did not have a fridge or a iron board. However the hotel provided the iron board and iron on request.. the bathrooms were ordinary but has ample running water .. room was average.. rest breakfast was good...staff was good and service prompt.. the people Manning the front office were also good and helpful...

The rooms were really clean and service was prompt. I didnt expect the hotel to be so good ro be honest. The breakfast buffet variety was good, the bakery items were a little stale however. Nonetheless, it was a very smooth and comfortable stay. The suite and rooms both we had booked were spacious. Worth staying at.

Was a bit apprehensive about the hotel, however it turned out to be an excellent stay. room was good, breakfast was excellent, staff were responsive. recent reviews were not so great, but the hotel is definitely trying to improve and we surely felt theyre working hard to get the hotel popular again. we had an amazing stay and at last weeks rates it was definitely a steal. breakfast spread was really good. would surely recommend staying here

The place is very good and the food is average. But the most disappointing thing was the Service Time.. It took almost half n hr to bring the main course and another half n hr for more naan and sabzi!

Doesnt seem value for money, food is extremely overpriced, and bathrooms were very dirty. If you are forced to stay here because nothing else is available, it is best you dont eat at the hotel. Find something else, or just order in.

All Staff members including front off.are very cooperative and helpful. Good food in dinner and very good breakfast with many dishes of veg.and non.veg.Dosa etc. Live counter of Jalebi and hot milk fantastic.I will again stay and strongly recommend hotel.

Second time staying in a Park Plaza Hotel, first time was in Park Street Calcutta. Both were worlds apart, I guess thats because this one is under different management. The rooms are just about okay, I mean dont get me wrong, they look awesome but there are issues, the plumbing is old and youll realise it when you use the bathroom. Theres no fridge but there may have been one because theres space for it. The restaurant is pretty nice looking but their cleanship and maintenance is lacking making it look tacky. The food was good but a bit too rich, filled with oil and butter. It doesnt match up to its 4 star image. I would have still given 4 stars due to the prompt response and polite attitude of their staff, but, they have some small flying insects, I saw them in my room and on the food in the restaurant too. I guess their AC ducting has some kind of infestation which they need to address at the earliest.

The price is ok but not at all upto the mark.I couldnt even have rotis. Not a single dish was cooked properly either under or over.Lastly i thought of having their daal makhni, it was burnt and upon asking for replacement they served yellow daal in which i could even smell and taste the aroma of raw turmeric.Overall i didnt like the taste at all.I wouldn’t recommend their food at all.Though their al-a-cart menu Biryani was good.Upon checkout, we requested for late check out by 1 hr to which they denied. There was no rush or heavy crowd i felt.
