I went to a salon after a hiatus (due to pandemic). I was a bit apprehensive about hygiene and cleanliness. I called at Yantra and I got the appointment at the time of my convenience. The staff was courteous and wearing masks. Sanitizer was offered. From the clean reception at ground floor I was directed to first floor (lift available) which was equally clean . Haircut was done by Mr Arjun Sain who is highly skilled, polite and deft. He asked me what style I would prefer, at every step kept asking me if I was satisfied with how my hair is shaping up. Finally, when the job was done I saw a new, younger, stylish me in the mirror. So the concluding word here would be- MAGICAL.

Hemlata and Arjun were great at their services. Cleanliness was worth appreciating.Also they suggested me good things for improvement on my skin and hair. Was lovely visiting and am coming back here again!!!!!. :)

We went for a haircut and waxing. The haircut was decent, but for waxing, they charged 700 for just legs, which is higher than any other salon I’ve been to.

I went here a few days ago with my girlfriend,the owner really needs to check her manners and behave properly with people.It was so unfortunate that the owner feels the need to pass sly,petty judgments while recommending things to a friend who didnt look well off(She was just unwell and dressed simply.The owner treated her extremely condescendingly and adopted a harsh,rude tone with her even though she tried to smile sweetly at times.I was very embarassed because she was my guest and I took her here as it was closeby.)Word of advice,dont go here.The staff is alright but the owner is a pure headache.No excuses for bad behaviour with anyone,sorry.

I recently went to care beauty parlour in Shastri Nagar and my experience was horrible,most of the staff is not trained and there was one female whom they called senior was so rough with waxing and facial.THey keep forcing u for expensive facials and trust me results are not at all good.I do not suggest anyone to visit the parlour...very very bad
