Its the worst service centre of any brand I have seen in my life.. highly unprofessional behaviour...they dont care about customers time ..had my first service by there....was told to collect car at 4 pm....wasted the whole day just to know in the evening that it hasnt been serviced till yet....then hushingly in half an hour it was handed over to me...pathetic behaviour...Tatas brand value is going down because of the after sales service andno care for customers satisfaction...

Service Centers like these are the reason people tend to stay away from Tata cars. Doesnt matter how good the car is, these people will make sure the customer experience is horrendous.The sad part is that the staff themselves are working hard and trying, its the management of the whole operation thats destroying any chance of decent work being done.During my visit there was only 1 SA attending all the cars. I mean hows that even possible with the number of cars they receive.

Next time I come, I will definitely give you a chance to improve your work and your honesty.

Sent my vehicle for replacing a broken window of my Storme. Very unprofessional, the engineer incharge spoke to me on phone. He would hardly listen to me very irritatingly persistent in selling body paint protection and special interior cleaning. It was most irritating, I was trying to talk about how to get the repair done best and he would not listen to me and go on rattling about paint protection, till I literally had to scold himAnyways I paid for both paint protection and inside cleaning. The work done is unprofessional and shows a total disregrd for even doing basic work, the end result is worse than cleaning at homeAdditionally in the bargain three of my sunshades are also missing and they behst officious about it now. Just some time back they were marketing at their very best. A very ungrateful and unhelpful attitude on top of shoddy and unprofessional work and an agenda of third party marketing

Came here for harrier service, they did not def fluid it was my first service the fluid was half empty but they did not care to check it or at least inform me after the service that it is not been filled. because I am from technical background so I asked them after the service they said that it is not available for next 2 days meaning that on the day of service and the next two days they will not fill diesel exhaust fluid in any car coming for service for 3 days, this is complete carelessness, they want me to come back after 2days

Worst service experience.. service ke naam par loot machaa rakhi hai.. be cautious before going for car service
