They just dont care. Most important poor customer handling, lack of professionalism, no final inspection, poor part change method with loose fittings of new parts subjected to fail on way back home, no finishing at all, Missed delivery dates, improper billing, overshooting estimate, and many more in mansoon season sell (pun).I had to travel for their kind service for 100 plus km and getting this kind of response was just unacceptable.Since you are buying a new car i believe you will keep the car for at least 7-9 years and its difficult to judge their behaviour down the road but its for sure that will impact on your financial and daily routine.Buy wisely and smartly.

The behavior of staff at service area is very Rude, Even the store Manager does not know how to treat/talk with a customer.He deliberately make wait to customer.I would like to suggest to the Owner of the Dealership to educate your staff that how to behave with the customers else you will loose more and more customers like me due to such unprofessional behavior.
