I am resident of Ashapurna Enclave at Jodhpur, I lives in last 5 year in this colonny but I am and My family not satisfied by builder facilities.No club house, No community hall avail by builder but I pay all the charges of Club house and communty hall.But in the agreement the builder is saying that they will provided all the facility.I attatch the photo of our club house in this review Since last 6years our colony enjoy this club houe given by Ashapurna Buildcone.....Dont waste your money in this type of projects....

Construction quality is worst, after the sale they do not maintain the colony or provide facilities. I would have given 0 STAR if that was an option. It has been 4 years for me since possession of Ashapurna Enclave Bungalow and they have not provided Clubhouse, Community Hall, No Garbage collection. Not RECOMMENDED to ANYONE. Be AWARE.

Worst Company.From last 5 years residing in colony. Security level is very poor. No garbage collection, Road lights are not proper.No Club facilities nothing giving from company, even at the time of sell they tells about water facilities, but here no water from many years

The Colony doesnt even fulfill the basic human needs.Theres no water supply in the colony, you have to pay 1000-1500 extra for water tankers in a month for 3-4 tankers.There are no roads in the colony, means no road safety.There are no road lights.No safety for the residents as the outsiders are always welcome in the colony without any interrogation.No water tank in the society.No gym.No community hall.Wouldnt recommend anyone to buy a house/plot here in the Nanomax/Nano Avenue/Nano Plaza.Please invest somewhere else, where you get the basic amenities.
