Staff is okay, manager/owner is very rude and will not listen to you. Place is very purely maintained and do not fall of outer veiw.

Staff was enjoying there party... And they were not attending there guest. I was standing behind and I ask if this oyo ? They said we the one no oyo. The agreement is over. I thank to them n left safely from jasol heritage!!!!!!!!

Totally dissatisfied . Rooms were not clean . Bed sheet was dirty. We stayed with our friends in this hotel but one of the staffs entered into one of my female friends room without Knocking while she was changing. what was that behaviour man? Never gonna visit again.

The room is good, the hotel is themed as rajasthani and there are rajasthani painting all.over wall in the room. The food served here is good as well. Hotel has got nice big lawn in front of it for kids to play in it. The infrastructures old but good. Cleanliness is maintained throughout the hotel. Also it is near the jodhpur junction which is real helpful

There is an old saying in hindi dur ke dhol suhawane lgte h this hotel totally fits in it!worst! worst! worst! I stayed there during my official visit to jodhpur and i was totally scared. this hotel is full of drunkers (staff + owner +manager). the way they respond is just pathetic. room service is pathetic ..have to ask multiple times for basic needs. OYO is ruining its brand name by giving such hotels its name. The managers GOPAL SINGH & RAJENDRA GAUR are so rude, asked for extra money, forced to use their own oyo referal coupn code.I strongly recommend NOT to visit this hotel at any cost ... there are so many good options.I am sure roadside dhabas are much better option, safer than this particular hotel. Any visitor specially females ...please please avoid this hotel if u want urself safe and secure..they all are mad people, drunkers, drugers and abusers ,,,,worst experience of life !!!!!

Peacefull and Present Stay for Jodhpur.Rooms with big Bathrooms are Beautifully decorated in heritage style.There is Big loan in front of Hotel where kids can play.Service is Good.Problem is only in AC they install laser size of AC for Big size of Room.But overall its a Good Hotel in Cheaper budget. They offer Complementary Break Fast like Allo Paratha,Pauwa,Sada Paratha.

Horrible experience. The condescending hotel manager seems to differ from the prices set by oyo. The rooms are not at all worth the price they ask for. Shabby rooms and rude people. Got stranded there for over three hours as they wont give us rooms for the apparently low price in which we booked the rooms from goibibo. OYO and goibibo had to fight a long war before they let us in. And truly speaking the hotel management ask for a whopping 1000-1500 for rooms that are not worth even a 300. Truly disappointing.

It is a old kothi which converted into hotel. Rooms are quite spacious or one can say even bigger than what most luxury hotel offer. TV is very smaller in size as per room area which hurt ones eyes while watching. I had paid 1500+ gst which is not much looking up to the property. But there other service is pathetic due to which I am giving them 3 star.

It seems to be pretty but its not. It was my worst stay in Jodhpur. They have installed 1ton AC in there rooms which is not enough as the construction is old where they used to have hall type rooms.Most important bathrooms are not clean as well as its not functioning properly.Not recommended !!!!Waste of money.

I usually dont write reviews but this was horrible experience, i wasted my time and money. Hotel structure is old and less maintained the only good part is its centrally located, i asked them specifically for clean washroom before checkin but somehow they neglected it, yellow dirty water as uploaded in picture, parking is behind there lawn which is open ground with weeds growing all around nearby plots are filthy smelling dumping grounds there was a snake near us when we parked i also informed staff but they gave a smirk. There was light cut out for whole night they somehow managed a generator which was again shut down at 7 am, on complaining about water manager hardly cared, i checkout early to other hotel. Either our 2 days were really unlucky or the hotel is really bad, good luck if you are booking this one.

Not good services at all. Even staff was not cooperative and complementary breakfast was too bad experience. Not satisfied. Also suggest Oyo to have provide option to customer to cancel the booking if not satisfied. They should make such provision for customer satisfaction.

I attended jasol heritage for a night stay because of a party. The food arranged by them was very poor. I belongs to bilaner which is a very foodie city.and did not even like a single food item there.but the garden was really etecatching and beautiful.my overall experience was really good enough except the food served there.it is situated in a very good and peaceful area also.

The hotel isnt registered under OYO. Yet, they are using Oyo branding and have caused us a hell lot of inconvenience. They have OYO branding throughout their premises very prominently thereby misleading the consumers. This is not OYO

Last night I booked a oyo room at hotel jasol heritage in Jodhpur ,from these no.I bookedOyo room at 780 rupeesBut when I reached hotel and meet to receptionistHe asked they not give room at these rateThey asked for 1000 rupees for staying one night at this hotelIts appear like a bargaining with customersSo friend plz dont book that type cheap hotelsPlz share this post more and more

Its exterior is classy interior is great,if you love historical view then this is the best place to stay

Cleanliness must be maintained. The bathrooms were dirty and mats werent changed. Food was too good though. curtains for the door were too thin and anybody could actually see through the gap. Not good for the money paid

A staff member Laxman and the owner/manager was very helpful. They were prompt in their service and were willing to go the distance for the customer. The rest of the staff is incompetent and rude. They were not helpful and behaved with arrogance. They were grumpy

Disgusting, I checked in by 2.30 pm today they showed me my room, it was very small, bathroom was dirty and very tiny, shocking was they had no towels in the store to give me, no food arrangements only tea was available. Two stars bcz of the location thats it.
