The place is neither old nor modern, fails to impress as a haveli, more like an elaborate residence of an Era bygone, it neither delivers on ambience or heritage or hospitality.Run by people who do not understand hospitality or have any insight about what Travellers seek.

A beautiful heritage kothi, turned into a super comfy and cosy stay. The staff here is super warm and we felt like we are at home. Loved the room we took - very spacious In size. The staff helped us decorate the room as a surprise for a friends birthday. Overall a pretty nice experience.

Stay safe and healthy, hotel was very good for stay, food good, arrangement are also very good.Hotel cleaning staying was good area, Hotel Staff behaviour was very good they were given best service. Everybody was excellent.

The room was big and beautiful.Felt like staying in a heritage room.Food is good.Ambience is beautiful.They also have indoor games like chess, ludo, cards in the cafeteria so you can always go their and have a good time with your partner.The only reason for three star rating is that the Heater was not working properly.I could not use the bathtub with hot water which was a big disappointment.Please make sure you get it repaired so that no one else has to face the same issue in future.

We had an amazing 2 days stay at Kothi Heritage. If you want haveli vibes, then this hotel will surely do justice to your craving. The staffs were extremely cooperative and polite.The food was also very delicious.If we ever go to Jodhpur again , we will surely go to this hotel for our stay.Thank you Kothi Heritage for making our stay so memorable.

We stayed at Kothi Heritage for one night on 26th March21. We booked 3 rooms. The place is just awesome, nice, clean and big rooms. Location is also good. Each room is having different interior giving a feeling of old heritage era. One can have a different feeling and experience compared to a typical hotel room.

Best heritage hotel and best staff

A ancestral kothi developed into a hotel.Pros:1. Amazing ambiance.2. Great and comfortable rooms.Cons:1. The bathrooms doesnt have proper ventilation and the entire room stinks. It becomes unbearable at times.2. Food quality is not so great.Ventilation of rooms is a big turn down and wont recommend. Overall not so good and not so bad kind of experience.

This place is simply superb. Great hospitality and comfort stay. I would highly recommend it to others. The interiors will give you complete heritage and rajathani feel. Kudos to the entire staff and the management. I will surely come and stay here again in future

The property was ok but the food was Too spicy 🔥 and the service was very slow. It seems as if the staff didnt care at all about our needs. I have a 2 year old kid..he could not eat properly because of the spicy food...inspite of specially ordering less spicy kid friendly meal they served their regular taste. Also very less breakfast options and bedsheets and pillows was very dirty...overall experience was not good

Superb stay with beautiful ambiance

Living in The Kothi heritage was an amazing experience. The house was built in 1888 and had 28 rooms. It was later restored and turned into a 20 room hotel. The Kothi recently completed its 10th year as a hotel.The two brothers have preserved their hereditary home very well. The experience was very home like and the staff was very friendly. Rooms here give you a very royal experience. The furniture looks very antique and makes you feels like you are still in the 1900’sBirds like sparrows are constantly attracted by the feeder and the plants.The souvenir’s are antiquated and add to the royal experience.The dining hall is surrounded with old trays and cloths to show its history.Old photos of the brothers grandfather were surrounding the staircase.Overall it was a great experience and I hope to return back soon after sharing these beautiful moments with my extended family and friends in schoolBy, Aryan Deepak Suvarna (11 years old )I stayed with my family in Room no. 101 & 106.

Perfect hotel if you want to experience a traditional stay with modern facilities. we booked two rooms for three nights and absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms are large, the furniture well planned, the bathrooms are the size of rooms youd find in Mumbai. We ordered food from outside and sat in the open air seating here and was pleasurable. Highly Recommended.

I would definitely recommend this hotel for stay in Jodhpur.The staff is friendly and place is very well maintained.The rooms are very spacious and give you the feel of living in a royal kothi as the names suggest.The only disadvantage was the food as it serves only veg food plus during breakfast either milk or bread was always out of stock and then the staff was running to refill it.If they improve on this aspect then it is a very good hotel.

At reasonable price point.Service is good with courtesy staff.Location is good , quite peacefully stay amid city traffic.Food is quite fantabulous .I would recommend for couples this place as quite heritage with perfect blent of modern touch.

A small heritage hotel of jodhpur, run by a family of the royalty in their ancestral home. Certain rooms have been carved out of verandas and their toilets adhoc. This is is compensated by the antique furniture in tge room besides paintings and exquisite artifacts. Dining areas in the lawn and terrace are unique. Trees, creepers and plants abound in tiny spaces. Rates economical. Nice place for the budget travellers who seek to stay wit the art abd culture of the region.

This is one of the best place to stay. Rooms are spacious and clean. Ambience is traditional. Breakfast was good. But these all are not the only reason to give it a 5 star; I fallen sick immediately after reaching to the resort due to the food I had at Pokhran Station. I had high fever, vomiting and extreme weakness. I asked for the thermometer at reception, and I didnt expect anything from the resort. But to my utter surprise, the owner himself came to ask about my health and he suggested his family doctor. Initially we were doubtful but he told me that if he had to visit any doctor for his family members, he will trust only this doctor. After that me and my husband were struggling to find a cab and we came out of the room to search for an auto or cab. The owner came and gave us his car along with driver. He directed his driver to be with us for the entire time. The doctor was good and meds worked for me. At night also owner arranged dal-khichdi for me. Such a caring and friendly treatment we got here, we can never forget this!! Thank you for your help!!!

This is one hotel has the advantage of good quality as well as close proximity to markets and airport.Different kind of decoration in hotel and hotels rooms that attracts your attention. Food was nice.They decorated the dinner table on the garden...something different but interesting.The rooms were spacious, well equipped and clean.I hope they change checkout to 12pm instead of 11am in future. One more thing their shampoo need to change.Other than that you will find in this hotel a very pleasant place to stay with friendly staff that really take great care of you. Ill go back to this hotel for sure if travel to jodhpur again.

Its a really nice, good and beautiful place. But the rooms are dimly lighted. We had a wedding there. When we used to get ready for the day, we werent able to see ourselves. Else everything is really fabulous...!!

Excellent service , delicious food and a very well maintained heritage property with modern amenities

A hotel built upon the skeleton of an actual Kothi with a few modifications to cater the newer generations. I stayed here for 4 days and was not disappointed because the staff was really sweet. They serve breakfast in the morning which is more or less the same everyday but its served hot and fresh so no complaints there as well. The rooms were spacious and the WiFi worked alright (connection issues did happen a few times and we were given new passwords each time). The only thing which bothered me everytime was getting back here after finishing sightseeing, no rickshaw driver knew the correct address but still they somehow managed to drop us at the correct location by asking the way to other rickshaw drivers.

The stay was comfortable and the restaurant serves very tasty dishes.

The rooms and service are good but the location is average. The heritage property doesnt have breathing space around it. modern structures surround it and most windows are just looking into nothing except for garden view. In same rate you might get heritage properties in old city with more charm.Also, staircase is unavoidable for most rooms

The warm hospitality and personalized attention by the kind host Mr. Singhvi made the stay much more enjoyable. The rooms are richly decorated with art pieces picked up from all parts of rajasthan and despite having all modern amenities, they have kept a big part of the heritage of this kothi intact. The drawing room is a must visit, the place is a huge collection of rajput history.The hosts invited us for pooja at holika dahan which was mostly a family affair and it was such a warm gesture that made us feel absolutely at home

Stayed at Kothi Heritage from November 25 to 28, 2017. A neat and clean old Haveli with beautiful plants around enhancing the charm of the place. Old building converted into a hotel therefore structure of the rooms may not be as expected by some guests but the facilities are complete in every respect. Buffet breakfast was sumptuous with a lot of variety. The housekeeping staff was good. Overall a nice experience as expected from the old haveli type of ambiance to relive the time of the Rajput grandeur.

We found this hotel after lots a online research. And now we are proud of ourselves. What a great experience it was staying at this hotel. Every room here is different than other because it was someone else’s house which was converted into this hotel. Staying here you will get a feel of being in that historical era. Breakfast here was mouthwatering and if you are here you much try their Rajasthani Thali at night. We were sold when we enter this hotel .. it was such a warm welcome. Please checkout the photographs. Rooms were clean and bathroom was clean too. Room service was really good and spontaneous. Overall you must consider this hotel if you are planning to visit Jodhpur.

We had no idea arriving what a lovely hotel this would be! The owner sat us down and explained the history behind his converted family home, even showing us family photos! The rooms were charming and felt very local and authentic.

Super awesome place to stay in jodhpur. It is indeed a old kothi which has been renovated by 2 brothers (the owners) Tapan and Trideep ji are two gentleman who have put their best to built this place. I visited this place in 2011 and then in 2018 and even after 7 years they have not changed but the property has improved a lot and more famous now. Spacious and clean rooms and huge bathrooms are the major things which would keep calling me back here. My wife loved everything about this place. Food is also good and they have a roof top restaurant as well. Near to local market as well. Highly recommended place !

A120 year old heritage hotel with just 20 rooms, but an awesome experience. The owner has taken care of minutest details for comfort. Rooms are good and comfy, staff excellent and warm, hospitality out of the world. The decor and ambience very comfortable.The owner and manager is direct decendant of the Army General of Raja of Jodhpur who built this place as a weekend gateway, which shows up in the property.Highly recommended for a good stay.

An old mansion has been converted into this charming and lovely boutique hotel. The staff were amazingly courteous and friendly. They were very accommodating when we checked in early and even upgraded us to a bigger room. The rooms are quite big, with lovely furniture with distressed Color finish to give it a vintage look. The beds and bathrooms were clean and functional. The complimentary breakfast was quite tasty, though with a limited choice. We ordered Thali meals and they were excellent. You also have a nice little coffee shop beside the hotel where you get good coffee. The hotel is in the opposite direction of the old Jodhpur city, so you have spend a bit more to commute to the tourist spots. I strongly recommend staying here, especially for couples and small families.

We reached at around 8 in the morning. They had provided a pick-up and drop facility from the railway station. The check-in time was around 11.00 am so they made us comfortable in the common area where they welcomed us with a garland and escorted us towards the rooms as soon as they became available. The rooms are nice and cozy.All the rooms are equipped with good heating facility.The breakfast is not only tasty but also has a lot of variety.They provide, Juice, tea, coffee, 3 types of cereal, Fruits, omlettes, french omlettes, toast, and chhole puri.Yeah, some rajasthani dish instead of chhole puri would have been a better option.The location is not so great, but it is not far from the main sightseeing locations.The interiors of the hotel are good. When we went there was a cat and her 3 kittens, if you are a cat person, you will love to spend some time there.Enjoy it, It is a nice hotel to go to!! They are very hospitable just like rajasthanis are supposed to be.

Real heritage hotel, 18the century property though completely renovated. You will get a great reception from hotel owner followed by welcome drink then you will taken to your room which is being prepared with proper temperature, lights etc... Staff is really supportive...Food is great with roof top, dining hall, garden or in room option.. Forget to tell rooms are BIG with separate dressing area.

Lovely hotel, staff very welcoming and helpful. Room lovely and quiet, good distance from the old city. One small thing would the hot water (wait 15mins between each person showering for water to heat) very comfortable stay otherwise.

Like the name suggests, a Kothi has been converted into a hotel and shows. the entrance and dining area gives a good display of royal artifacts. Al in all a good experience.

We give the rate for staffs. They are really helpful and friendly. And rooms pretty clean. Good rain shower. There has a good cheap restaurant near by . Its name Gypsy. Just bad that there are a bit far from travel spot, like clock market and Ford. If you would like to see blue city view. Here is not your choice.

This is my first trip to Jodhpur with my family, we stayed in 2 super deluxe rooms , every room has a different interior and unique in the kind of interiors .The highlight of the stay is to have dinner on the rooftop , the dinner is served in a thali format and the environment is amazing . I am pretty sure that the stay can prove be a memorable one .Thanks to all the staff members and the owner to make it a great stay .

Extremely happy overall. For the price, they really try to put everything in place. I am not saying that they got everything right but their efforts were genuine. Like they describe don’t expect a luxurious place. It’s a heritage hotel and they surely live up to that particular expectation. Rooftop is the best place to be. Then there is outdoor garden sitting snd indoor sitting.We had kothi thali and jodhpur thali for dinner. Both were good but i like indian food better than jodhpur/Rajasthani food.Rooms were clean. Washrooms were clean. Nice and tidy. Room service is good. Antiques all over the place with great lamps.The place is best for wedding i suppose. If you want a Rajasthani wedding in jodhpur with budget constraints, then this is the place
