Good stay. small rooms but nice and clean. Reception manager is so kind. Ready to help any time with smile. Cook also good. nice breakfast. Even they made breakfast available before their schedule time as per my request. Hotel is in very good area. Everything is fine.

Room ambiance is not good

Good service. room is clean. toilet also neat and clean. good experience. but early check in is extra charged. that issue. otherwise ok.

I was recently there last week for a day. I was taken to this hotel by an autorickshaw man at 4.00 am. My stay became much comfortable while being a peaceful place to relax my body after an overnight traveling. The room was little compact but neatly maintained, bed was cozy, TV/AC were perfectly working and cupboard & washroom were neatly maintained. The guy at reception was humble and sincere. I appreciate the overall hospitality. I will surely visit whenever i get to visit Jodhpur next time while recommend to go for it.

Budget hotel but no cleanliness and location sucks

Hotel owner is very nice guy and cooperative, but the person Mr. Madan who look after the reception dont have etiquettes how to talk to your customer also how can you ask your guest to put the room key in the hotel while they are moving out.Also in hotel menu it was written that they will provide so and so for lunch and dinner but the item served were less than the menu and also taken extra charge than written in the menu.if hotel owner will himself take care of this type of little things than its very good hotel just becoz of the owners behavior and the way he talks to guest is very nice. 10 star for hotel owner and 2 star for the receptionist.

When asked by calling, the rate of the room was Rs 400, when I went to the hotel in the present, I said Rs 1200 and the online rate was said to be Rs 612, when on gibibo we said that if it is online, then it cannot be said, so immediately the rate was increased. The worst hotel service I ever stayed. Staff behaviour is rude, insects in the room.We 3 family members stayed in this hotel yesterday. I booked a hotel room online for three adults and when I reached the hotel, the reception staff said that you have to pay extra for 3rd person. I showed the invoice that I have already paid for 3 adults eventhough he was denying. Then he ringed to someone & finally they gave me a room.After getting the room, the room service boy gave me only 1 towel. I said we are 3 adults staying here, give us 3 towels but he gave me only 2 towels. Then I went to the reception & said that we have already paid for 3 persons & why are you not providing 3 towels ? Then he said, Agar 10 log rukoge to thodina 10 towels dena hoga.Then I scold him & I told him that I will do complain then he provided 3rd towel.There was AC & TV but no remote. I again asked the reception for remote & after sometime he gave me remote only for AC.Next day when I checked-out the hotel I told at-least 10 times to the room service as well as the reception guy to take my luggage to my car. They were saying, Yes Sir but they were gossiping and no one was coming to pickup my luggage & then after 20 minutes finally 1 guy came & took my luggage.This is the worst hotel to stay.I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Horrible service by hotel. They cancelled my confirmed booking just 2 hours before I was to reach stating that they are over booked.
