Although amazing view and great service but would never recommend for food. The food is extra-ordinarily expensive and in meagre quantity. The taste is average but the quantity of food is not even 1/3rd value of the price they charge. Definitely not a place if you are seeking good fulfilling food.
Mixed feeling.Location1) Parking is a challenge for non- residents.Restaurant1) Food quality can be improved.2) Quantity is huge.3) Very high price (may be because of the quantity).4) Beautiful view from the restaurant.5) Limited options in terms of mocktails and cocktails.6) Restaurant service team is great as expected from this vicinity.
Ambience is nice but the food was not tasty. It was ordinary. For a place like this your expectations are high & you expect something extraordinary .Plus getting here in your car is itself a bit of a task. You wont get value for money .But once gets a nice view of the clock & tower and ofc the blue city
Great ambience, great view of city, delicious food, little costly but worth it.
Rooftop and ambiance is expected to be good when fort lights are on. All staffs look novice. Food is average. Even though everything else is allowed in Jodhpur after COVID-19 lockdown, for some reason lighting for fort has still not been started. So, main advantage of this restaurant, the ambiance is not available, without that its just another average restaurant but with expensive menu. Looks like they are waiting for international tourists only.
Rooftop space with views of Mehrangarh fort. This restaurant is situated inside Pal haveli right next to the famous clock tower. You have to drive through tight alleyways to get here and parking can be a hustle. I suggest parking your vehicle 5 mins away and walk to this venue. There is an indoor and an outdoor seating. Limited Menu of liquor is available. Not a bad option for a meal while you are in Jodhpur.
Perfect Ambience! Delicious food! ❤️ A must visit place!
Good but as Covid restns they havent opened all the dining options
Amazing restro having rooftop dinning facility. In love of it. One side is mehrangarh fort, other side is lake and back side of it is jodhpur clock tower.Food quality is amazing and incredible. View and ambience is lit.If planning for a date then i suggest you to go there, you will spend good time with your partner and nature.
The coffee was excellent however the price is a bit too much although the experience was good
You must visit the place. Its near clocktower in Jodhpur. Its inside the heritage property Pal Haveli. Its awesome place to visit and make sure that you should book terrace table for your dinner. As its an awesome experience to have a candlelight dinner with family or friends and you can have a wonderful view of 3 famous heritage of Jodhpur from here: Umed Palace, Clock Tower and Fort and also having the view of Gulab Sagar Lake...Your Evening will Complete. Worth visiting. Food is also awesome...Staff is good but service is little slow.
Perfect view of jodhpur from one place, highly recommended
Hyped restaurant. Bakwas food. No view
I just loved this place, the view was amazing and the food was good too. I liked the ambiance of the place, but for that we have to climb upto 3 floors to have this fort view dining place. The hospitality was really nice too. I loved sitting where we can see fort and the view of the city while dining and feel the breeze under the open sky. I wish I would have visited the place in winters.I would suggest you to try Laal mass it is but spicy but I really liked it and try Gaate too. Its a famous Rajasthani dish. The mango strawberry crush will be perfect for you to enjoy with the dinner.
Fabulous place, view n food
It is decent.. You will essentially be paying for rooftop and view of clock tower or one side, Mehrangarh fort on another and jaswant thada on another.. Interior is part of Fort I guess.. Ambiance is good but food and service and staff is decent not at par with the price they charge.. But you can try for ambiance... Not a complete no.. But okaish... Specially if someone is looking for nice rooftop place to drink and eat
Very nice and cozy place with awesome food and view! My husband and I enjoyed every moment of being here. There was a nice breeze. The staff is courteous and polite. We tried hara bhara kabab and Ceaser salad, both were really good. We ordered Sin Gin which was average. Then we ordered Sangria which was really good.I would highly recommend Indique to everyone!
The only good thing was ambience and great picturesque view of Mehrangarh Fort.. other than that food was pathetic, too much of oil and on the top of it- slowest of service.
Amazing veiw with delicious food.
The place gets its stars for the view, which is exceptional and very pretty, with Mehrangarh fort in the back ground and the views of both clock tower and The Umaid Bhavan .Id rate the food as being average with the amount money they are charging, its a little bland if you eat spicy (i.e half of the country) . Its crowded towards the evening and its wiser to book a table earlier.Wait and have a table at the top.Suggestions - you should visit this place and enjoy a coffee and some starters.PS- their portions are a little on the plus size.
Beautiful restro-bar with amazing views of the clock tower, gulab sagar lake and the Mehrangarh fort. Loved the food here. Please do try their Laal Maas. The bar menu also had decent options to choose from.. they were following all covid protocols aswell. Highly recommend.
Very bad experience with a staff called Sardar Singh he spoke very rudely when asked from when the fort lights are off. Apparently fort view is the only reason to visit this place and that question the restaurant does not like to be asked. Bad manners in hospitality industry is the last thing a guest would expect. This becomes all the more disappointing when such rude behavior comes from a restaurant in Jodhpur which is known for its uniqueness in welcoming guests.. Pls dont go here.. Nothing seems good till lighting in the fort returns.
Good for ambience but food is good..Just try rajasthani authentic cuisines
The food was average at best and staff kind of unconcerned. The dishes were priced slightly on steeper side, the view of Mehrangarh was however absolutely breathtaking and the only plus point. If you want to see a lighted up fort make sure to be there before nine in the evening as the lights of the fort are switched off post nine. Also try to get seated on the upper terrace. P.s. they served non veg food to a vegetarian couple next to our table and the staff was pretty unapologetic about it.
Light cocktails and average food but killer view.
Charged 1770 for non veg thali. Just eight small bowls which includes rice, roti n raita. Only 3 non veg dishes. Not worth for the money. Felt ripped off. One star fir the ambience. If not the ambience, it would be zero. Those who wanna taste Rajasthan veg thali, you can visit Gypsy. Unlimited food for 429.
Its a famed resturant of Jodhpur and rightly so. Good place for a quite dinner with great view of Mehrangarh Fort. Staff is also will mannered. Delicious food Prompt services Good view Excellent This rastaurent is amazing in every service Everything is superb. The flavours were apt to the taste buds and the staff was very good.
Amazing view, probably the best view in Jodhpur of the fort.Food is good not great.
View is just awesome.
Great time.. Ok food.. Great views at night.
The food was very spicy. We ended up with food poisoning.
Great view but not the service. Delayed service with no taste in food veg/nonveg both.
Nice place great ambianceYou feel like sitting on the foothills of mehrangarh fort. Nice taste of food. A little bit addition to the variety is neededThe one main problem is that they do not have their own parking space. You have to park you car on the roadside.Otherwise a must place visit
4 stars only because the Food was served Cold...Otherwise I would have definitely given 5 stars.Taste is greatAmbiance is goodWeather was chilly, the waiter even offered a blanket to my wife. There is a good turn up of crowdPriced average to above...but not over priced. There is an upstairs ..but you need to reserve earlier to get that spotWe reached at 6PM and left at 8 PM...So if you are in a hurry (waiting for a flight...thought of grabbing a quick bite...not your place)But we enjoyed the 2 calm and peaceful hours here.I was recommended this place by a friend.. I would do the same as well ( but remember to ask them to serve your food hot...otherwise you might feel that you are at subway)Professional waiters..all following the mannerisms..One downside...Too steep stairs that are narrow as well ..and a lot of them (felt like I went for a cardio)..And the washroom is one floor down so its a downhill climb with another uphill one)
View is excellent from the topmost seating area. Of the clock tower & the fort. Service was good. Food was very good. Enjoyed the experience.
Great view. Very courteous, polite and welcoming staff. Decent food. I would love to go there again.
Amazing View and Fabulous Food! Can see the Mehrangarh Fort clearly!
Amazing view from rooftop and amazing food services .
The best food we had in India. The cheese naan is to die for. We even took the leftovers for the next day and although eating these cold, it tasted amazing. Nice atmosphere, heaters and blankets in case it gets cold and great drinks. Worth the wait.
Bestest restraunt with a view.
Decent ambience and food. Mediocre service.
Great place and great location. We were 3 people, 2 friends ordered western food and theyre fine, I ordered one dal and Ive been sick the whole night and still in bed... 😣
Nice place
The view of the fort was rather disappointing. It offers the side view and not the front view . The staff is good but slow. The quality of the food did not disappoint at all , and the quantity was very nice. Also, you need to park your car in the street, which is not safe. No parking space in the restaurant. Overall, above average experience.
Perfect place to have dinner with a beautiful view of fort and lake.Food tastes really good and staff are very friendly and helpful..Spent a good time !!
Rajendra the worst manager there.Don’t have manners to talk at all.Treat customers like hell.Don’t visit ever
A rooftop restaurant. The view is outstanding: you can see the fort looming nearby, and the palace in the distance. The food is good, and the staff is attentive and helpful. The food is delicious.
The view from the roof top restaurant is amazing and the staff is very attentive and helpful. The food portions are large and the food tasted good. The low rating is because the prices are too expensive for what we got. Much too expensive. 3 main portions and 3 soft drinks for over 2100 rp.CRAZYAnd they charge an 18% tax on the final payment. All of this out together in my opinion, not worth the visit or the money
Some of the best views—from the top tier of the rooftop you can look at the fort, lake, and watch tower over dinner. Decor and menu is a little dated. The food is good—imagine where you would take your parents for Indian food. Catered for western tastes and very good hygiene and cleanliness. Great service. Book ahead to get a better table.
Nice ambience especially on rooftop.Food was ok.
Its o.k
Super view. Excellent arrangements.
The best views of Jodhpur and a great food experience all together! Definitely go to Indique for an upscale experience on the rooftop with views over the city lake, the fort and the clock tower - which are all lit during the evening making the scene even more romantic. Good food, choice of Indian or continental, large portions and all sorts of drinks (alcohol included). Recommended for a lovely night out in the middle of the town!
We came here after reading many excellent reviews and you can understand why! This place has amazing views and is very romantic. However unfortunately for us we found the food tastes ok not up to the standard of other places we had tried and unfortunately not memorable. It was still good but not exceptional. The price was a little higher but not crazy at 1,700rs for 2 people inc a beer and gin. The waiters were a mixture of attentive and slightly too attentive but all in all we enjoyed this place and would recommend it but personally wouldnt go back.
The food here is very good, and the staff is friendly and courteous. Great view of the fort as well. Worth the price, in my opinion. Masala and nan for two people is only 620 rupees after tax.
Dont really understand the hype around this place. The view is the only stand out thing about it. The food is very bland because 100% of the customers are tourists. Its VERY expensive by Indian standards, and most people visiting India will have better meals for less than 200 rupees in small, local places. If you want to enjoy the view and are willing to pay way over the odds for mediocre food, this is the place for you.(FYI - cocktails are to be avoided)
The restaurant is situated near the Clock Tower. Prior reservation is required. We have to wait about an hour for a table as we went there without a reservation. The ambiance of the place is so blissful. The restaurant has a great view of Mehrangarh Fort.Food - 3/5Ambiance - 4/5Staff - 4/5
