I am Mohan Pande I have bought flat online at Sandesh City, very Good Township, very bright future. specialy sales staff like Savita Yadav and Amjad Khan are very trustworthy reliable, thease both have given me very good service from booking to till flat possession and builder Mr.Dilip Agarwal is also genuine and good supportive person.

The society is quite good and secured, the only problem is network connection as this place is quite in distance from market place.

This a very good residential township with each and every facility available. People may think its far and all but every thing is available here and the beauty is the nature around and inside the township its very calm and peaceful... You will discover the real meaning for home here

This whole township/housing society is well developed and maintained. Only thing is the are is yet be developed, being only housing society in that area one might face difficulties in finding several services. But the society is well connected by road.

If u want peaceful living space away from city then its a good option

Old service staff was not good enough for maintenance... Now new staff is good Im happy with the service... Good enough for investment now...

Very good maintenance nowadays ...Security services are good... New service is good than older one...now Im happy with the services provided by township owner...

Good housing society, 17 Kms from Nagpur city, around 10 kms from Airport, good schools are there nearby but transportation is a big problem and there are no shops from where you can get daily household needs.

SANDESH CITY IS A GOOD TOWN SHIP..

Maintenance is very low and water seepage is being seen in walls of the house

This is a good place

It is a residential township situated near the Jamtha village in the outskirts of Nagpur. It is a gated community and is very near to the new cricket stadium of Nagpur. The construction is done ia phases having 3 phases as of now. Phase 1 was the first to complete followed by phase 3 and phase 2 is still in progress. The builder promised a lot of things like community hall , swimming pool etc none of which is still even started. Some people are already staying but I feel ita not worth it. The builder and the company can lurr you into promises but none of which will be completed and far from development. Just buy as an investment if you want but not for staying immediately.

No care for the people who purchased here. For every job you have to run here and there. Employees of sandesh city do not help to find a solution of a problem. Communication is very poor. Not lifting the phones when needed.

Bought a flat in Sandesh City looking at the prime location.1.Super delayed and slow project2.No proper communication or understanding between Agents and Builder.3.No proper supervision on project, workers/labour stay in the same under construction apartment damaging walls completely.4.Builder demanding for more than a lac before possession saying water issues for construction.5.Poor serviceNot at all happy as customer.Please go with reputed builders who can deliver the quality and handover the project on time.

Good community for Mihan working people. Road connected directly to wardha road. New road work in progress connecting direct to National Cancer Research Institute on outer ring road. CBSE school bus nearby comes to society.More than 100 families staying.good infrastructure with the price asked.Mihan SEZ 10 mins drive.eRickshaw available.15 min drive to TCS by own vehicle.

The worst company in prividing house.I booked duplex in 2009 but still they dont made the registry of that property finally with very big worst experience i widral my bookingMy personal opinion that dont go with sandesh city nagpur for realestateThey totally harrasse us and their one ex excutive cheat us by a lakh

Builder is just fooling everyone and the site incharge Mr Shabbir khan and Market executive Mr Amjad Khan is not at all giving whatever they have committed.Please have a second thought before going for this builder and the society.And my suggestion is not to go for this society atleast as I am in big trouble after getting the possession and it’s more than 3 years now and still I am fighting with this people to get what they have committed while booking the flat but still they are just postponing the things and I don’t know whether they will give me whatever they have committed initially or have to take some legal action. So please never go to this builder is my suggestion.My suggestion is to never ever go for any property in Jamtha Nagpur if it belongs to Sandesh infrastructure. And it is my view while the final decision will be totally yours and you will be held responsible for it.

Very unprofessional people its like been over 3 years they didnt complete the project ok bt the flat is ready if anyone says your flat is ready why complain? Because the building still not got painted its white only can you imagine they cant even paint the building and the parking of my block still under construction pathway not complete most important i dont whos is the supervisor on the site but they keep changing randomly very lame project and the office on the site no people available to help just imagine 3 years over they didnt paint the building in which i bought a flat i dont think one should invest stay away from this project adds little efforts and money buy somewhere else not here youll get disappointed its funny they like you have to pay this pay that ok on paid in time but why you not doing well then?? Money hungerAnd the plan showed on booklet or something, amenities like swimming pool gym? Your building taking this long and most bungalow and other thing still under construction i think amenities will be available in next century or there no amenities, can you believe they already taken maintenance charges of 60k

A very big project as name suggests it is like a mini city full of houses from buildings to row houses of all sizes and budgets and it is still growing.pros are in future metro is going to come over there with lots of other facilities and cons are it is far from main city

Far away from the main road. Also the road condition is too bad.

No road connectivity. Besides, cost is also on higher side as compared to available options. Phase 1 has completed 5 years still no road connectivity.

Very low quality construction......No one responds if we complain any.......Facing problem with the bathrooms as no proper level is checked for outlet of the waste water......Water remains in the bathroom until we clean it....I would never recommend anyone to buy flat in sandesh city.
