Once they told us that we will deliver your product today but they didnt deliver our product then again we contacted them repeatedly they are saying that we are sending your chair today now around 2 and half months have been passed we contacting them now they are telling that your chair is in our workshop what is this behaviour there are lying to their customers and their service is very worst please guys if your spending your money go to another shop dont buy anything from their shop their products both are worst

Very bad service seen i ever. Even they not properly showing the furniture as they blaming like they have now seen like us bad customer ever. Purchase Sofa set with centre table but not received any bill and BQ have not mentioned any shop name and nothing. Delivery charge is charging even no other shop is not charging in Jamshedpur.

We bought a bed with them... while buying they promised that any issue they will solve within time ....it has been more that 20 days of following up with Adityapur shop....they havent been able to send a guy for repairing broken acrylic sheet what cracked in 2 days after installation.. everytime that guy tells that he is sending repair person today....worst customer experience.....better go for other shops in Jamshedpur or search online....

Quality of the products sold by Sriram furniture is really good. Sales persons have the knowledge of the products they are selling. Products were delivered to my flat reasonably on time.

I was looking for sofa set, the moment I entered in shop people are not even greeting from within, they just do the formality which you will realize, neither they are interested to show you the variety, so you dont expect that staff will ask you what you are looking for instead you will have to explore this shop. Most important thing is there price which they put so high that I was feeling literally they are looting. Similar stuff later I saw online at half of price. So if you are purchasing from here be aware of these frauds...look for those alternative online or anywhere instead of throwing your hard earned penny to these shops...

This place is pregnant with furnitures. These guys have used every bit of space available to showcase some products. If buying a furniture then one should surely checkout this place, however the price is also high. The in shop service is quite good but the customer service is really bad. The place is congested and has no air conditioning. I have bought a sofa set which never encountered any problem which is good, so i would recommend this place for comparison and references.

The in shop service is good and you will find ample options. But the customer service is ultimately poor. They are frauds as they show some other furnitures and deliver different and later on try to cover up the situation with lame excuses. Not recommended to anyone!

A very simple and sturdy table of ‘pure wood’ capable of withstanding 100 kgs of weight very easily.The table needs to be 5 feet in length and 3 feet in width and the height of the tables tops surface should be 30 inches from the ground. There should be only 4 legs of the table. There should be a complete gap lengthwise so that one should be able to tuck in (insert) chair (i.e., ones lap and legs) without any problem. The gap should be 27 inches from the ground ‘at least.’ Hence the table top should not be more than 2 inches thick (30-28=2). The table will be used as a writing table and as a computer table so the surface of the table should be smooth.Hardwood needed: Sheesham, Sagwan, Karam or something better than this.Table should be anti-termite.What is the total price for making this table?Answer me....#I wasnt able to write so much in the question and answer section due to the word limit. Once the product reaches your house and the payment is made please forget the name of the shop. Just after delivery the latch fell off, a glass cracked and while delivery scratches were seen. But NO response. The crockery cabinet has started to show termite powder on the total back wall within a year. Again NO RESPONSE. Please beware of this shop.
