Ive been ordering from KFC for once a month over the past years and my orders have always been 100% accurate. What makes KFC special is the quality of food. Love the crunchy outer layer. This is what you call finger licking good.

Though i love KFC, Im giving it 3 stars. The chicken zinger wasnt that great, specifically here because in other places it tastes better! Plus, the service is super slow. The fries were cold! Didnt really like it. But overall the place was good, surrounding was okay!

U dont get your moneys worth out of this place. And if you want taste then i would recommend somewhere else. Its just for the chicken fans who would just love to have a chicken and dont want to go far

Food Is abvioiosly good

Its a very good place to eat nd enjoy ur food, and they placed ur order in between 5 min max Or less than that.

I like sackhi KFC but I do prefer the one thats in P M Mall, as they have a better service than this outlet.

Not as good as Dominos

Its not too good, it is costly and the material they use not up to the mark of kfc and always try to maximize their profit by serving you less quantity than they display on the board. There is another restaurant in that food court think Asia they are very original with their quantity and quality. i hope it would help you to decide your menu. you can find dominoes and pizza hut in the food court also...they are not too good ..if you want to try burger with less cost and better quantity then go for yumerica aside the kfc.

The taste of chicken was lovely..Chicken🍗🍖 was well cooked and crispy.If you are a chicken lover😍😍 then u need to taste it.One thing i didnt like was service,needed to be improvised.

I have eaten in almost every citys KFC, so I can tell that the taste varies and this one tastes below average. I seriously dont know the reason why but I guess may be the package is old. Also you will have to wait a lot after ordering, they dont care about first come first serve policy. Some items will never be available which is kinda disappointing, so a three star.

The worst KFC there ever is. The chicken is always stale and the orders are always incorrect.

Decent place to eat with family and friends. The seating space is sufficient. The only problem is the long waiting time especially during weekends. The waiting time kills the enthusiasm to eat. They should provide more counters for taking orders for reducing the waiting time for customers.

Well KFC allways brings the crispiness definition into a separate level.At counter they made a veg combo forcibly with our order even we didnt eat it.Lovely place to spend time with dearer ones.

KFC at p&m mall is above average as compared to other chains i visited. Staff are not quick in delivering and maintaining the quality

Amazing place. A good place to hangout. But for a lover of Indian cuisine, like me, kfc doesnt work well more often than not.

Bad service for this particular outlet. Long serving time and you will be waiting more than 1 hr sometimes. Most of the times they serve cold food. A tip, do check the food before you receive it. If youre paying, you deserve fresh and hot!

It serves with good delicious food in variants of chicken items. Veg menu is also available, which makes it a place to hangout with friends without worrying about vegetarian friends in the group.

Service is too slow compared to other outlet even they are not giving enough attention to the order I have asked them extraa cheese on burger but they dont gave sufficient attention when I opened it in home I found it they have deducted money but didnt put any extraa cheese on burger.. Even crusher taste like only water is there nothing is thereTotally wasted of my money

I have been to KFC many many times in different places and it was just wao,Awesome. But at this place seriously that wao and awesome didnt came out, bcz 1st service is slow. 2nd Hot and crspy chicken and smoky grilled chicken was like someone prepared that secret recipe of KFC at home and served that at KFC outlet and maked us fool. Not up to the mark. I feel regret going there. Please improve

Not much variety, from last 5 months only same old boxes and wings and krushers. Other KFCs in India have more variety than this one!

The chicken zinger was very dry.And it had almost nothing except for that two buns and that fried chicken. Every time I took a bite I had to take a sip of water to drain it in. I think you guys are loosing your touch.

First theyll give you precooked food and that would definitely be stale.On complaining about it theyll replace the food with fresh ones.
