The staffs do not have any value for commitment. They do not respond to phone calls.. they dont pick phones and have no respect for customer . Probably they have not imbibed the customer service values of Japanese ...

Worst after sales service. This place is a disaster, believe me, after sales service will make you regret buying Honda even if nothing will be wrong with the car itself. I dont know if Honda ever runs an audit to capture voice of their customer. The guys are so unprofessional and they somehow finds a way to mess up every single time. I have not written this review based on my first experience, rather this my 4th year and the experience has been disastrous every single time. You will be another very disappointing helpless customer who gets only sorry in replies from an authorized service center of such a reputed companies.

Worst service ever. They have spoiled my car. Changing all unnecessary thing for no reason. Not doing what customer asks to do.

Pathetic Service from Sales & Service side..Less ideas about the Product & offers running on..Just they want to sale their cars and dont wanna to build any kind rapport with customers. Just to make money and achieve there Sales Target.No profession Sales Man.They have scratched my 20 days vehicle in showroom premises.

The showroom of Honda has all the cars of Honda. However, they have limited models of each car type. They offer test drives of your desired car. Overall the staff is responsive and provide all customer support.

Staff are nice, before you buy a car they will respond you very nicely with timely follow up. Only this you will struggle with them is about after purchase paper work like RTO related papers. If you dont stay in jamshedpur and you plan to buy car from here then above points should be kept in mind.

Too much followup during pre sales. Zero service post sales. Even after 2 days they did not bother to provide Temp. Reg. When asked, speak blunt lies like RTO server was down. Whereas, @Jayshree Fird, i got out Temp reg. very next day for my sisters car. Grace or Disgrace ????
