Worst Lenovo store ever visited. Do not even know basics of resolving customer complaints of issues. Just displaying products on the table wont work. They have a store just to spoil the customer service and brand image of the company. This shows Lenovo is not at all interested in keeping a check on the ground reality. Just appointing dealers wont help you to achieve your targets. Such casual and stupid attitude is killing Lenovo day by day.

This place is a sham, they have been selling fake products for all this while. I bought a HP battery which they claimed to be original but has stopped working just after 7 months, a laptop charger bought from here under went the same story. Please try and beware of the products they sell, cause most likely its a counterfeit. Ill pursue a legal action against them, last 3 products bought from them all were fake.

Counterfeit product sold. Please check the serial number of the product and check for the english written on the products. If you find any spelling mistakes most probably its fake. Had to face a lot of issues from the products bought.

Absolute scam, duplicate and damaged items sold, the service provided is horrible and for all of this theyll eventually blame the customer. Beware while purchasing from this store.

Worst products and worst experience. Ive got my laptop battery replaced from that place and that was defective and post service is soo bad here. I would rather say to go for other stores available here but not here.
