4 Years and never felt like leaving this place. Company has best environment to work and grow career wise as they gave you ample of opportunities to explore.As a employee I had a lot lear especially from my manager and above, as you get mentoring in every step.Highly recommended to all the fresher looking for a good opportunity in a small city like Jamshedpur!!

Company is good but due 10 hours night shift people mental and physical health effects very badly.

I had a worst experience with IT Scient.Lack of communication especially from Hr sides. They will keep you on unpaid salary for 1 month and will not give you the offer letter .and if u ask them then they will tell you that we will give .but they will not.At the time of interview they will offer you a good salary but after they denies.So before joining please ask them for a written mail about everything.It is one of the fraud company i ever worked with.

Need much improvement. Many things should be changed. Good managers need to join. Even peoples inside the office not knowing to make monthly salary. Simple airu gairu nathu kherun se company nie chalegi.First they fill there pocket. They taking large amt of money in name of expansions and project and simply zero progres. Managers dont come to see also Simply eating eating and eating corruption even in private firm.

As one of mine friend worked there has experienced a horrible experience i suggest you not to join this workpalce as it only wants people who take low salary to save their money no respect for the fellow colleagues. One of the best place to work under ITSCIENT one of the best CEO with one of the worst manager do not know how to handle the process with unity there is only 2 person who is very loyal to the company and the other are worthless to them know how to utilize and when the work is completed how to throw them out every thing is good but the manager is too worst work with ITSCIENT BUT not under the manager thinks to become the all in one of ITSCIENT if the CEO of the company promotes someone the manager do not like it and give him some difficult task and pull them down only want the person he promote will be at the top he never want any person at the top who is been selected from other work with itscient but be very careful.One of the worst manager want to be a director and he become so. Know how to cheat people and to take the work even do not provide the salary of the person on time having a lot no of reason to explain it.Having EPF and ESI schemes with them but they never use to provide the rights to the candidate to look ahead after leaving the organization they are least bother about the EPF of the candidate. The candidate cannot takeout their EPF amount all is done and manage through one head of the company not to provide the ESI benefits after deducting the amount so its worthless to work under such a management.
