Customer service is extremely poor.They are not bothered with customers at all. After sending request of cars and Calling their executive twice I got no response at all. Seems like they arent serious about buisness at all

They taken money for home inspection but never visited...even when I demanded for return my money they said they will take 10 working days to return my money.

Visited Cars24 on 19th March 2020, regarding valuation of a car where was attended by Rajeev Ranjan and his team, they properly explained the modus of evaluating the vehicle, after through and detailed inspection, they uploaded the inspected details of car on their site for online bidding, somewhat after 30minutes they informed me the highest bidding price for my vehicle and we liked it and decided to get instant payment, which certainly was a minimal charge along with service charges. But overall their service and offering was quite satisfactory and if you are looking to sell your car, at least visit car24 once.
